| Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis by the capsules of Qiang Xi Juan Bi Fomula, and discuss its efficiency and security.Methods:60 cases of KOA were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,each group has 30 cases. The treatment group were given the capsules of Qiang Xi Juan Bi Fomula, while the control group were given the capsules of Zhuang Gu Guan Jie Wan. In a course of four weeks treatments. To compare and analyze their cirdinal and minor symptom scores and accumulated scores before and after treatment, and observe clinical therapeutic effect.Result:The accumulated scores of the two groups were reduced after 4 weeks treatment. After statistic analysis, there was a statistic difference of accumulated scores and the therapeutic effects in and between two groups (with p<0.01 comparatively statistic significance in two groups’ comparation, and with p<0.05 comparatively statistic significance between two groups’ comparation), and the therapeutic effects of treatment group were better than controlled group. They were safe and both had no side-effect between the observation.Conelusion:The capsules of Qiang Xi Juan Bi Fomula has better effects and safe clinical usage, so it is a effective fomula of treating knee joint osteoarthritis. They both deserve clinical application. |
