Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis (wind-cold Dampness Syndrome) With Qikangkang Granules

Objective: This topic design is through observation of Qiang Du Kang knee particles on knee osteoarthritis wind cold dampness arthralgia syndrome treatment clinical observation and comprehensive evaluation of Qiang Du Kang knee granule in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis arthralgia due to wind cold dampness clinical efficacy and safety of the project design is through the observation of Qiang Du Kang knee particles on knee osteoarthritis wind cold dampness arthralgia therapeutic effect of clinical observation, a comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Qiang Du Kang knee granule in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis arthralgia due to wind cold dampness.Method:Observed during February 2015 to December 2015 Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine, the Second Affiliated Hospital of orthopedics department of outpatient with knee osteoarthritis(wind, cold and dampness arthralgia syndrome) in 60 patients with the diagnosis, 60 cases of the disease patients were randomly divided into two groups, a group of test group 30 cases, give Qiang Du Kang knee granules treatment; the other group as control group(30 cases), given Hanshibi granule in the treatment of 21 days. Before treatment and after treatment, the main symptoms and objective signs of change as the observation index, so as to observe and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, at the same time to detect liver and kidney function and other safety indicators.Results:Clinical study results show that two groups of patients in the treatment groups before the situation by statistical comparison was not statistically significant(P > 0.05), two groups of patients in the treatment of 21 days, the two groups comparison shows two drug treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of patients, the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05), two groups of patients in the treatment group after 21 days between the treatment effect difference no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The Qiang Du Kang knee Granules and Hanshibi Granule on kneearthralgia of knee osteoarthritis treatment has certain curative effect. No adverse reactions were found in the two groups.
