The Clinical Study On The Effect Of The Treatment With Zhuifeng-chubi Capsules On Yang-deficiency Hanning Type Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Purpose:To observe the effect of the Treatment with Zhuifeng-Chubi Capsules on Yang-deficiency Hanning Type of Knee OsteoarthritisMethods:By setting the diagnostic criteria, inclusive and exclusive criteria, we selected 60 suitable people who were assigned to two groups(the experiment one and the control one)randomly according to the allocated principle, there were 30 people in each group. The treatment group intook orally capsule of Zhuifeng-Chubi and treat with low-frequency, and the control one were treated with low-frequency and take Zushima tablet.3 courses totally and 10 days for a course of treatment with an interval of 3 to 4 days.Based on the clinical observation ratings (the comprehensive scoring of pain index, joint swelling index, and joint activity index) and Lysholm knee score for both groups'symptoms and signs (etc.) before and after treatment,we made the system comparison and the quantitative evaluation.Results:People in the treatment group were orally administrated of zhuifeng-Chubi capsules and three low-frequency therapy.Treatment group and control group both have varying degrees of recovery. However, the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control one by following-up.Among 30 cases in the treatment group,16 patients were cured,12 were improved and 2 were not improved,with the total efficiency of 93.3%.And the control group,8 patients were cured,15 were improved and 7 were not improved,with total efficiency of 76.7%.Conclusion:Zhuifeng-Chubi capsules can effectively relieve symptoms and improve function of joint movement to achieve the purpose of treatment, which have a certain practical value.
