Objective:To observe and evaluate the Zishen Huoxuetongmai patients with stable angina pectoris tablets clinical efficacy and objective evaluation of film Zishen Huoxuetongmai the safety and adverse reactions.Methods:A total of 64 cases of cases,for the deficiency TCM Phlegm obstructing network cards in patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group (Western medicine) and treatment group (Western medicine+Zishen Huoxuetongmai tablets),each 32 cases,continuous medication after 4 weeks compared clinical efficacy.Results:The treatment group in the effective improvement in patients with angina, TCM Syndrome better than the control group (P<0.01,0.05),two sets of ECG ST segment depression in the rate change and rate of change in T-wave inversion after treatment with the difference between pre-treatment has statistical significance (P<0.05),but the comparison between the two groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05),ECG effects of the difference was not significant (P> 0.05);the treatment group in improving blood lipids,blood rheology, endothelial function, CRP and other blood indicators than the control group (P<0.01,0.05).Conclusion:Zishen Huoxuetongmai film can effectively improve the patients with stable angina pectoris symptoms,TCM Syndrome, there is regulation of blood lipid metabolism, reduce blood hypercoagulability, improving vascular endothelial function, reducing vascular inflammation, such as the role of worthy to be popularized.
