With The Surgery Methods That Integrate Subparagraph, Fenestration, Exclusion, Cut Expansion, Seton, Tube And Drainage Treats Complex Anal Fistula In The Effectivity Of Clinical Research

Purpose:To analyze the effectivity of curing complex anal fistula by sectioned fenestration indwelling combined with cutting, reaming and hanging line together with catheter drainage.Approach:According to the diagnose criteria and exclusion criteria of complex anal fistula, accepting 100 patients and grouping them into trial group and control group. The 50 cases in trial group are used the sectioned fenestration indwelling, cut, ream and hang the line together with catheter drainage approach. The other 50 cases in control group are used cut, ream, hang the line approach. Choose the symptoms and signs and take as observation index, record the curing time of the wound and the size of scar after healing, and collect the data of them.Result:The 49 cases in trial group are cured,1 case was effectively healed and cured in the postoperative modification. In the follow-up study, no case recurred. The cure rate is 98.0%, obvious effective rate is 2.0%. the average time of operation is (31.04±6.99) minutes, the average time of treatment is (27.2±5.7) days, the area of the scar after curing is (5.00±1.09)cm2, the healing of incision is 49 cases of class A and 1 case of class B. The 40 cases in other group are cured,7 cases were obviously and effectively healed and 3 case was effectively healed. In the follow-up study,6 cases were recurred. The cure rate of control group is 80.0%, obvious effective rate is 14.0%, effective rate is 6.0%, recurrence rate is 12.0%. The average time of operation is (50.25±9.67) minutes, the average time of treatment is (35.5±8.7) days, the area of the scar after curing is (7.28±1.27)cm2, the healing of incision is 40 cases of class A,7 case of class B and 3 case of class C. Obvious difference (P＜0.05) existed in the two groups when complicated pain, bleeding and dysuria are concerned after operation.Conclusion:Compared with control group, our therapy owns the merits of high cure rate, shorter timing of curing, smaller scar, less pain, less complication, and it is a comparatively better operation to cure complex anal fistula.
