Objective:To Investigate in the feasibility and safety with the surgery methods that integrate Subparagraph,Fenestration, Exclusion, Cut expansion, Seton, Tube and Drainage treats complex anal fistula. Methods:The use of forward-looking study,According to the classification criteria and to exclude the diagnosis, inclusion criteria included in 100 cases of patients.50 cases of test group of " Subparagraph,Fenestration, Exclusion, Cut expansion, Seton, Tube and Drainage " procedure,50 cases of control group, the " extended cutting and Seton operation.", Conduct the contrast research to two groups of subjectivities and the objectivity security targetResults:During hospitalization and follow-up test group and control group at postoperative Anal Incontinence, anal stenosis, displacement, deformation and so on have significant difference (P<0.05), anal manometry and rectal sensation and anal restraint function test results: both groups anorectal reflex exist; compare the two groups preoperative P> 0.05, the two groups compared preoperative and postoperative difference P<0.05; the experimental group compared preoperative and postoperative P> 0.05; the control group compared before and after operation, P<0.05; compared two groups of patients, P<0.05.Conclusions:Anal function in the experimental group was superior to the protection of the control group, suggesting the application of the procedure, making the complexity of the surgical treatment of anal fistula more secure, for the anal fistula surgery standardized method of operation and provide the scientific basis of merit as the standardization of anal fistula surgery operation promoting the use in clinical.
