Counterpart Drainage In The Treatment Of High Complex Anal Fistula Of Clinical Research

Objective:Application counterpart drainage in the treatment of highcomplexity anal fistula, and observe its clinical curative effect, judge thetherapy Effectiveness.Methods： The number of cases of40cases,40patients with highcomplexity anal fistula were randomly divided into observation group andtreatment group. One group of24cases, the use of "counterpart drainageoperation, namely the counterpart drainage hang line operation (according tothe length of the fistula decide how much to drainage mouth and size).Treatment group (16cases, using the "cut hang line" operation, namely thetraditional low incision high hang line. On two groups of patients withpostoperative pain, wound secretion, anal morphology and function, length ofhospital stay, healing time, whether to form secondary anal fistula, whetherfor clinical observation indexes such as recurrence were compared.Results:Observation group of postoperative pain, length of hospital stay,healing time, anal morphology and function, whether to form secondary analfistula and postoperative recurrence rate is better than that of the treatmentgroup (P <0.05), and wound secretion and so on two groups of no statisticaldifference (P>0.05).Conclusion:More significant effect of counterpart drainage in thetreatment of high complex anal fistula.
