Clinical Research Of Xiaobaizhuose Decoction In Treating Stagnation Of Qi And Blood Stasis Type Of Local Vitiligo

Objective:Through clinical research, to explore the clinical effect, security of Xiaobaizhuose Decoction in treating Stagnation of Qi and Blood Stasis Type of local Vitiligo.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group. Patients in treatment group were treated with Xiaobaizhuose Decoction for oral and simultaneously with Fufangkalizhiranding for exrernal,in control group, patients were given Pill of Vitiligo for oral and simultaneously with Fufangkalizhiranding for external. Each group took a month as a course of treatment and observed three month continuously.The clinical curative effects were carried after three courses of treatment.Including the changes of the area and the pigment of the skin lesion were recorded according to the clinical observation tables, and the changes of Chinese medicine symptom.And Three Routine Examines, Hepatorenal Function Examine, Eelectrocadiogram were checked before and after the treatment. At the same time, side effects were on the records.Results:1. Treatment group obviously surpassed the control group in the clinical curative effect. The effective power P< 0.01,the excellent rate P< 0.052. Treatment group can be more effective in increasing the pigment deposit of the skin lesion than the control group. (P< 0.05)3. Secure appraisal showed Xiaobaizhuose Decoction had not obviously poisonous and side effects in clinic.Conclusion:Xiaobaizhuose Decoction on treating (Stagnation of Qi and Blood Stasis Type) local Vitiligo is secure and effective. It is worth further studying and promotion.
