Objective:.Discussion on factors affecting the process of asymptomatic cholelithiasis, asymptomatic gallstones reasonably timely intervention and clinical management to provide a scientific basis.Methods:Collect Shihezi University School of Medicine, the First Affiliated Hospital of Hepatobili ary Surgery Clinic from December 2013 to December 2014 diagnosed with asymptomatic gallstones 227 cases of out-patient clinical data, asymptomatic gallstone patients were followed questionnaire, fill to develop a unified "gallstone Cheng follow-up table" information object of study is divided into the basic information, information on living conditions, medical history information, laboratory examinations and laboratory examinations and treatment information patient information when first diagnosed. After a review of patient medical records and conduct telephone interviews to track the patient’s symptoms. Finally included 192 cases of patients in the study were followed up table data entry Epidata, using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis to explore factors asymptomatic gallstone disease process.Results:1.192 cases of asymptomatic patients with gallstone symptoms 135 cases(70.3%) does not appear, the appearance of clinical symptoms of 57 cases(29.7%).2. Univariate Cox regression analysis: 5 number of factors stones, stone size, diabetes, body mass index, high-fat diet was statistically significant(P <0.05).Multivariate Cox regression analysis: stone size, stone quantity, high fat diet, diabetes enrolled Cox regression model, suggesting gallstones, stone size, high fat diet, diabetes is a factor in the asymptomatic gallstone process.Conclusion:1. symptoms of asymptomatic patients with gallstones 30% of the total cases.2. obesity, high fat diet, diabetes, multiple stones, ≥1cm stone diameter can increase asymptomatic gallstones are asymptomatic to symptomatic by the transition probability.3. The number of stones, stone size, high fat diet, diabetes is asymptomatic gallstone disease processes affect risk factors.
