Objective:To investigate the risk factors affecting the formation of Gallstones in Some Permanent Population in Chengdu,to further clarify the high-risk groups of gallstones, and to provide a reference for the implementation of preventive measures for gallstones in this area(Chengdu). Methods: From May 2018 to June 2019,a total of 200 cases of gallstones were randomly collected from the physical examination center of Chengdu Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Zun yi Medical University, who were found by imaging(abdominal B-ultrasound)examination,aged 18-80 years old,as the observation group;A total of 1000 those without gallbladder stones who underwent a physical examination at the Physical Examination Center of Chengdu People's Hospital affiliated to Zun Yi Medical University, were the control group. The observation group and the control group were randomly matched in a ratio of 1: 5.and the matching conditions were the same sex and the age difference,The age was not more than ± 5years.Collect general clinical indicators including height, body mass,Body Mass Index(BMI),collect case data and laboratory data: Fasting blood glucose(FBG),Triglycerides(TG),Total Cholesterol(TC),High density lipoprotein(HDL-C),Low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),Total Bilirubin(TBil),etc.A uniformly formulated questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey. In addition to general information, the survey also collected disease indicators such as hypertension, diabetes history, fatty liver history, history of cholecystitis, history of chronic hepatitis B,history of hyperlipidemia(see Annex 3).Univariate comparison and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the related risk factors of gallbladderstones.Results:(1)The results of this univariate analysis showed that the observation group and the control group shwed no statistical difference in the combination of fatty liver, chronic hepatitis B,hyperlipidemia and hypertension(P> 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in two groups, complicated with diabetes mellitus and cholecystitis(P<0.05).The levels of BMI,TC,TBil,and FBG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05),while HDL-C levels were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).(2)The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that after excluding the related effects of gender and age, combined with diabetes(OR1.800;95%CI1.092~2.966,P=0.021),cholecystitis(OR1.772;95%CI1.130~2.780,P<0.05)and high-level FBG(OR1.162;95%CI 1.011~01.336,P<0.05),high-level TC(OR1.211;95%CI1.032~1.421,P=0.019),low-level HDL-C(OR0.333;95%CI0.206~0.538,P<0.05)were significantly associated with gallbladder stones.Conclusion:(1)high FBG,high TC,low HDL-C,combined diabetes, and cholecystitis may be risk factors for gallstone cyst stones.(2)In addition, the high level of BMI will be accompanied by the increase of TC,TG and other indicators, which will indirectly lead to the formation of gallstones.
