By imaging studies, A, B groups in the preoperative diagnosis rate was 70.59%(12/17) and 100%(30/30).Gallstone diameter, A group of gallstone≥2cm in diameter accounted for 64.71%, B≥2cm in diameter gallstone group accounted for 26.67%.A group of patients with pathological stage,Ⅰof accounting for 11.76%(2/17),Ⅱof accounting for 23.53%(4/17),Ⅲof accounting for 41.18%(7/17), IV of 23.53%(4/17.) Surgical, A group of patients received radical resection and only 29.42%(5/17), B group of patients through the surgical cure rate was 100%.Conclusion:1. Gallstones may be one of the important factors inducing gallbladder.2. gallstone patients suffering from gallbladder cancer risk factors:①women,②above the age of 55 years,③history of chronic cholecystitis in 10 years,④repeated episodes of abdominal pain in 1 year,⑤imaging studies suggest gallbladder contraction, gallbladder wall thickening or abnormal shape of the gallbladder,⑥gallstone diameter≥2cm,⑦"porcelain gallbladder'3. possible for a gallstone cancer patients should take active preventive cholecystectomy.
