Objective: Explore correlation and influencing factors of Portalhypertension in patients with gallstones. Methods:Choose the clinical data of167patients who were diagnosed withportal hypertension (excluding combined with other neoplastic diseases) ofhepatopancreatobiliary surgery department in china-Japanese Friendshiphospital of Jilin University between January2008and December2011,anddivided into groups with and without gallstone gallstone group. Draw a total of249patients of non-digestive diseases in the same hospital patients with thegroup in age, gender match, the same period, to as the control group at random, and contrast to analyze the two groups of cystic and calculous incidence, tosummary the correlation of portal hypertension and gallstones.Contrast thestatistical differences of groups with and without gallstone gallstone group inthe age, sex, whether the spleen hyperfunction, gallbladder wall thickness,Child-Pugh classification, and related the serum biochemical index, to explorecorrelation and influencing factors of Portal hypertension in patients withgallstones, and us Logistic regression method to analyze risk factors for theinfluence factors.Results:1. Incidence of portal hypertension associated with gallstone was28.1%in this group of materials(6cases shows that in the gallbladder to exceedthe floe existence) and the control group of gallstone disease rate was4.1%is significant difference (p <0.05).2. Univariate analysis:Patients with the spleenhyperfunction appeared gallbladder stone had45cases (95.7%,45/47), Patientswithout the spleen hyperfunction appeared Gallbladder stone had2cases (4.3%,2/47), The two groups have significant difference (p <0.05); Patients withChild-Pugh level A happen gallbladder stone20cases (42.5%,20/47), withChild-Pugh level B happen gallbladder stone17cases(36.1%,17/47),and withChild-Pugh level C happen the cystic stone level in10(21.4%,10/47), threegroups merger between the incidence of gallbladder stone has significantdifference (p <0.05); The gallbladder wall thickness of the cystic and calculousgroup and the no cystic and calculous group was an average of0.6837cm andan average of0.4347cm, serum albumin levels mean differences were28.35g/L and30.58g/L, two groups of comparisons has significant difference (p <0.05); Two groups of TBA63.86and71.35for average rank, the rank andinspection is statistically significant (p <0.05); A cystic and calculous groupand no cystic and calculous group according to gender, age, AST, ALT,gamma-irradiation GT, LDH, TBIL, DBIL, IBIL to compare no statisticalsignificance.3.The splenic function hyperthyroidism,, Child-Pughclassification are risk factors of portal hypertension complicated withgallbladder. Conclusions: The splenic function hyperthyroidism, gallbladder wallthickness, Child-Pugh classification, ALB, TBA portal hypertension patients isformed cystic and calculous influence factors, among which the splenicfunction hyperthyroidism, Child-Pugh grading is to promote the formation ofcystic and calculous independent risk factors.
