| Medical personnel is the most important object of the health system reform, and it is also the most basic medical resources,so it plays a decisive role to improve the overall health service quality as well as the improvement of medical service quality. Special national conditions in China and the current situation of uneven economic development, leading to imbalance between supply and demand of China’s medical and health services in different regions, especially the imbalance of demand and supply of medical staff, and with the widening of the gap between rich and poor in China in recent years, this imbalance of the trend is increasing gradually.First, this paper expounds the basic concepts of medical staff and human capital, health human resource allocation and relevant theory, which provides theoretical support for the following study.Secondly, it analyzes the total number and its composition of medical personnel between different regions in China objectively, and then uses the Theil index analysis method to analyze the configuration differences of hospital medical staff in different areas in our country. It also draws a conclusion that the distribution of medical personnel is extremely uneven between different regions, especially the configuration of registered nurses and pharmacists are serious imbalanced.Again, on the basis of the provincial population size proportion and provincial medical personnel proportion, we respectively calculate the future demand for medical staff people, to accurately predict the actual demand for medical personnel in our country, and to provide a basis to solve the problem of supply and demand of medical personnel.Finally, the paper analyzes current problems in medical staff configuration and medical personnel problems of future demand at the present stage in China, and analyzes the root causes of the demand and supply of medical staff in China from different aspects, and put forward solutions to the issues raised. |
