Along with the socialist market economy fast development and the political,economic restructuring unceasing through, our country each society enterprise reform and the development has also made the obviously progress. But starts to the 1980s medical service organizational reforms pass through more than 20 years practice and exploration, develops today certainly not for the people satisfied, "saw a doctor expensively, difficultly sees a doctor" the phenomenon still to exist, and it is quite prominent in the certain scope. Therefore, strengthening to the medical service organizational reform research, has the vital significance to the foreword development regarding the realization medical service domain health, meet the people basic medical service safeguard need, promote the our country society harmonious development.This article takes our country medical system reformation basic course and the medical service and its the market system unique nature as a starting point, analyzing the defeat reason for medical service organizational reform. Then combining the successful international experience and development pattern, proposes our country medical service organizational reform the basic tendency that develops in the supply and demand. Paper basic structure as follows:The first part is the introduction. This part goes into particulars medical service and its market essential characteristic: demand nature,the expectation behavior to doctor, medical technology appropriation,the uncertainty of product,supplies natural monopoly character,fixed price behavior,the complexity of medical service,choice widespread existence and the moral hazard. However the medical market biggest characteristic consists in these characteristics simultaneously.The fifth part will be the future tendency of China medical system reformation. In full understanding the foundation of medical service domain characteristic, combining the defeat reason of medical service organizational reform, proposes some reform mentalities from the medical service supply and the demand. In supply side aspect, implement the public hospital reform : autonomization,corporatization,privatization. In demand side aspect, using for reference the international success pattern and introducing the third party operating.The last is the conclusion.
