The Clinical Observation Of Rhubaeb Xiao Zhi Plug In Experimental Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:Observe the rhubarb xiaozhi clinical curative effect of treating mixed hemorrhoid Through clinical case study to observe,used to provide a certain basis for the society.Method:Clinical observation:will be included in the standard of 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group with rhubarb xiaozhi bolt,the control group with musk hemorrhoids suppository,1 times a day,1 week treatment.Every 1weeks observation record score changes of pain,swelling,bleeding area.Results:1.After completion of treatment, the treatment group and control group in the symptom i-ntegral are reduced.2.In terms of three treatment for pain, musk hemorrhoids suppository group is better than of rhubarb xiaozhi bolt group.3..In terms of swelling and bleeding,musk hemorrhoids suppository group is less than that of rhubarb xiaozhi bolt group.4.Rhubarb xiaozhi suppository treatment the total effective rate was 96%,show the effici-ency of 84%,musk hemorrhoids suppository group total effective rate was 94%,the effi-ciency is 80%.Differences between the two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).5.In return the recurrence rate,rhubarb xiaozhi bolt group recurrence rate is lower than the musk hemorrhoids.Conclusion : Rhubarb xiaozhi suppository in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid, clinical curative-effect of musk hemorrhoids suppository and its overall in terms of ease pain, musk hemorrhoids suppository work faster, and less time.In terms of swelling,bleeding,rhubarb xiaozhibolt is better than that of musk hemorrhoids suppository.Rhubarb xiaozhi treatment of mixed hemorrhoid curative effect.In return the recurrence rate,rhubarb xiaozhi bolt group recurrence rate is lower than the musk hemorrhoids.
