Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Postoperative Complications Of Thrombotic External Hemorrhoids Of Blood Heat Stasis Type By Adding And Subtracting Rhubarb And Mudan Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of adding and subtracting rhubarb and Mudan Decoction on pain,edema and healing time of wound after thrombotic external hemorrhoids of blood heat stasis type.Method:The 66 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to a table of random Numbers.Both groups underwent thrombotic external hemorrhoids dissection under local anaesthesia.After the operation,they were fumigated and washed for 2 times a day.The treatment group was fumigated and washed with adding and subtracting rhubarb and Mudan Decoction,while the control group was fumigated and washed with potassium permanganate solution.Postoperative wound pain and edema scores were recorded in the two groups before and on the third and seventh day after medication respectively,and wound healing time was finally recorded in the two groups.All symptom scores were recorded in the table,and spss21 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was statistical significance between the treatment group and the control group on the 3rd and 7th day after the operation(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in the treatment.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the relief of the pain on the wound,which indicated that the addition and subtraction of rhubarb and Mudan Decoction fumigating,washing and sitting bath was better than the control group in the relief of the pain on the wound after the operation of thrombotic external hemorrhoids.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was statistical significance between the treatment group and the control group on the 3rd and 7th day after operation(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in the treatment.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in alleviating the edema of the wound,which indicated that the addition and subtraction of rhubarb and Mudan Decoction fumigating and washing hip bath was better than the control group in alleviating the edema of the wound after operation of thrombotic external hemorrhoids.3.There was a significant difference in wound healing time between the two groups(P<0.05).The average healing time of the treatment group was(9.00±0.87)days,the average healing time of the control group was(11.27±1.07)days,which indicated that the addition and subtraction of rhubarb and Mudan decoction was better than the control group in shortening the wound healing time of thrombotic external hemorrhoids.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.0% and that of the control group was 87.9%.The comparison between the two groups(P<0.05)showed that the total effect of reducing rhubarb Mudan Decoction fumigating and washing sitz bath to improve the postoperative complications of thrombotic external hemorrhoids was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Adding and subtracting rhubarb and Mudan Decoction in the treatment of wound pain and edema after blood heat and stasis thrombotic external hemorrhoids,can effectively reduce wound pain,improve edema,and promote wound healing,shorten the healing time,reducethe pain of patients,and achieve good curative effect,worthy of clinical application.
