Objective:Preeclampsia is pregnancy idiopathic disease, the disease seriously affect maternal and child health, maternal and perinatal disease rate and the main cause of mortality, and is still among the focus of medical research. Preeclampsia hitherto unknown etiology, clinical means for the prevention and treatment of the lack of special effects of the disease, only to terminate pregnancy. With the deepening of the research, the paper puts forward a lot of new theories, including immune theory, theory of oxidative stress, etc., at present the immunological pathogenesis of preeclampsia is gradually be recognized, immune theory is gradually being perfect. Immune mechanism is a series of immune organs, immune cells and immune active substances. In recent years, the study found that OX40 / OX40L play an important role in many immune diseases, ICAM- 1 is important in intracellular signal transduction molecule, is an indispensable role in the immune mechanism. In this paper, by examining patients with preeclampsia OX40L and ICAM- 1 levels in peripheral blood,discuss OX40L and ICAM- 1 role in preeclampsia mechanism.Method:To choose between April 2014 to August 2014 in the first affiliated hospital of shanxi medical university of 40 cases of severe preeclampsia patients admitted in obstetric as the research object, select during the same period of normal pregnancy pregnant women 35 cases as control group. Using ELISA method to detect pregnant women serum levels.Results:In normal pregnancy and OX40L and ICAM- 1, expression in serum of severe preeclampsia group were severe preeclampsia group OX40L value is significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05), severe preeclampsia group ICAM- 1 value is significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1. OX40L and ICAM- 1 in preeclampsia and normal pregnancy women were expressed in the peripheral blood; 2. The expression of OX40L increased may be associated with the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.;3. The enhanced expression of ICAM-1, possibly through the immune mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
