Objective:To explore the expression of soluble OX40 in peripheral blood of patients with severe preeclampsia,as well as the significance of soluble OX40.Methods:To choose between February 2015 to May 2016 in the first affiliated hospital of Soochow university of 53 cases of severe preeclampsia patients(including patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia group and patients with late-onset severe preeclampsia group and chronic hypertension with severe preeclampsia),admitted in obstetric as the research object, select during the same period of normal pregnancy pregnant women 22 cases as control group. The concentration of soluble OX40 was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).With Microsoft office Excel to build a database of all subjects, using SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis of various indicators for comparisons,One-way ANOVA is applied to analyze the expression of soluble OX40,with a test level of p<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:The soluble OX40 expression levels of patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia group were higher than the other groups. The difference was statistically significant(P<O.05).Conclusion:.The concentration of soluble OX40 were significantly higher in patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia. The expression of soluble OX40 may be associated with early-onset severe preeclampsia.Patients with Chronic hypertension with severe preeclampsia were older, terminate pregnancy earlier, and had a higher incidence of prematurity and odinopoeia.
