Background:Chronic heart failure(CHF) is one of the important diseases seriously affected human health, what is the performance of many other types of cardiovascular disease in end-stage, its disease incidence rate being high, prognosis being poor and the 5 years survival rate is similar to malignant tumor. With the rise of population aging and cardiovascular disease risk factors, caused by ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure incidence will continue to grow, which quality of life in patients with HFr EF significantly affected.Heart failure is due to any cause of myocardial injury caused by myocardial structure and function change, resulting in reduced ventricular pump function. The basic mechanism of CHF is the development of ventricular remodeling and cardiovascular disease is a common end-stage lesion late.In recent years, the relationship between oxidative stress dependented by XO and heart failure gets attention of researchers. In the process of heart failure development, positive regulation of XO,with the severity of cardiac function, enhanced XO activity and protein load increase. The UA level can reflect the activity of XO. H-FABP and the level of cardiac function was positively correlated. With the deterioration of cardiac function, H-FABP increased gradually. We found that the UA level in patients with CHF is higher, and positively correlated with the degree of heart failure. Metalloproteinase serum in patients with congestive heart failure-2,-9(MMP-2,MMP-9) has a certain correlation with increased levels of enhanced XO activity in myocardial tissue. Therefore, We test the Levels of serum XO, H-FABP, MMP-2, MMP-9 in heart failure patients,to investigate the relationship between XO and H-FABP, MMP-2,MMP-9 and reveal its role in the occurrence and development of heart failure, provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the treatment of heart failure.Object:To investigate the levels of serum XO in heart failure patients with HFr EF and study zhe possible correlations of serum XO levels with H-FABP,MMP-2,MMP-9.Methods:40 cases(HFr EF group) and 40 healthy persons(control group) were selected from the Department of Cardiology in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region people’s hospital..Their height, weight and blood pressure were measured for all the persons. With collected fasting venous blood sample, the levels of serum XO、H-FABP、MMP-2、MMP-9 were tested by ELISA.Results:Compared with the control group, the level of serum XO in the HFr EF group was significantly increased(P < 0.01). The levels of serum XO were positively correlated with H-FABP、MMP-2、MMP-9(r=0.787 r=0.838 and r=0.864 respectively; P < 0.01)Conclusion:serum XO levels in the HFr EF group were decreased significantly, and serum XO levels were associated with H-FABP,MMP-2,MMP-9.
