Hospice service mode aim is people-oriented, for advanced cancer patients a service.It is to control the pain of cancer patients as the main purpose of providing free pain medication and home care, while concerned about the mental state of the patient and family, patients and their families psychological counseling, hospice and bereavement counseling to help patients and families solve life difficulties, the ultimate goal is to be able to effectively enhance and improve the quality of life for cancer patients and their families. Hospice services focus on the psychological needs of patients that death is a natural process and can not be avoided and should not be intended to prolong life or accelerate the process of dying patients. Hospice services respect for life, using a variety of techniques and methods to maintain the professional status of the patient awake, and as far as possible under the guidance of professional doctors and nurses, reduce the patient’s pain, so that patients with advanced cancer can be calm, there is quality finish last period of life, to ensure the quality of life, and this is the concept of hospice care.In this thesis, the impact of psychological comfort hospice patient factors were analyzed, using rational emotive therapy, the meaning of life therapy, relaxation therapy music, people-centered therapy and other methods of professional social work case provides nine main social services, effectively alleviate the matter main psychological anxiety, fear, loneliness psychological, mental anger, depression, mental and psychological despair.
