Hospice services respect for life, using a variety of techniques and methods to maintain the professional status of the patient awake, and as far as possible under the guidance of professional doctors and nurses, reduce the patient’s pain, so that patients with advanced cancer can be calm, there is quality finish last period of life, to ensure the quality of life, and this is the concept of hospice care.In this thesis, the impact of psychological comfort hospice patient factors were analyzed, using rational emotive therapy, the meaning of life therapy, relaxation therapy music, people-centered therapy and other methods of professional social work case provides nine main social services, effectively alleviate the matter main psychological anxiety, fear, loneliness psychological, mental anger, depression, mental and psychological despair.
