| Objective:By means of the EAV(Entity-attribute-value) data model, we could have new ideas for establishing the EAV database, programming the well-matched application software, exploring the combination of the EAV data model with epidemiological model, epidemiological information application. EAV data model can provide a new method that we can come true connectivity between epidemiology with other disciplines, simultaneously.By means of the survey data about floating population family planning dynamic monitoring in Shanxi Province in 2015(hereinafter referred to as the "survey data"),we analyze current situation and influencing factors about the basic public health and family planning services of floating population, eventually providing a reference and supplement for dynamic monitoring.Method:We need establish the structure of the database on the basis of EAV data model and programmed the statistic and analysis software about floating population sampling survey(hereinafter referred to as the "software").With the method of cross-sectional study, we obtained the survey data. We utilized the software to analyze the survey data, exploring current situation and influencing factors about the basic public health and family planning services of floating population.Results:We successfully established the EAV data model and tested the EAV database usage. We achieved to optimize the structure of the data, increase the efficiency of data access and change the rules of data application by splitting the overall epidemiological data into a single individual data. In sampling investigation phase,the user can utilize software to draw the questionnaire according to the situation of the actual survey and modify the investigation content at any time. In processing phase,with disassembled module of the software, the original information will split into the small particles information stored in the EAV database and establish the link. In utilizing phase, the user can adjust the attribute content; draw the flexible statistical relational tables to compile statistics by the capacity of the outstanding and efficient data management of the EAV data model.The software was successfully applied for a patent and got a copyright registration certificate on January 26, 2016.There are a total of 5000 respondents, including 2705 men and 2295 women.Their age among subjects ranged between 15 to 85 including 25 to 34 most, the average age was 36.60±10.66. Of the respondents, the most of them had Junior high school degree. Only 0.3% of respondents had graduate degrees. The vast majority of respondents were still "agriculture" and "non-agricultural" registered permanent residence. Only 7 individuals were willing to accept registered permanent residence type conversion in response to national policy. The average monthly income(2462.5Yuan) of respondents was higher than the per capita disposable income(2152 Yuan) in Shanxi Province. The most respondents’ income ranged between 2152 to 2152 Yuan.Investigation of community health records showed that only 1455 people(29.1%)set up residents’ health records.96.6% of respondents accepted one type of health knowledge at least. 93.0% of respondents took part in one type of social medical treatment insurance and the majority of them made the first choice for new farming and health insurance and the second choice for medical insurance for urban residents and medical insurance for urban workers. Medical insurance repetition rate was 0.4%.According to the survey about "whether to use contraception" in 2105 women of childbearing age, 1798 respondents(75.2%) chose "modern methods". The usage rate of " pregnant/ring check "and “condom/pill " were accounted relative higher percentage. The other birth control measures were less opportunity to use.Conclusions:The way that traditional database of the overall storage and obtain has beenunable to content the requirement of the flexibility and convenience of the era of big data. Because of the algorithm limits, the traditional data storage method was poor in expansibility, but when the traditional data was corrected by the EAV data model(open architecture), the range of the stored data type will be wide, and we can solve the utilizing problem of the special data type by writing the algorithm. Additional, the EAV data model can reduce the storage pressure database in storing sparse data, avoid useless data redundancy, it has the incomparable advantage in dealing with huge amounts of data. Thirdly, because of the EAV data model has the strong capacity to add or delete the attributes, the user can arbitrarily modify the attributes according to the specific statistical requirements, and it will not affect the original data and structure of the database. This research is a great improvement on the long time storage of data. Fourthly, the EAV data model could realize the function that survey data accumulation and trajectory track by recording the uniqueness of respondents ID(such as ID card, etc.). At the last, on account of the EAV data model has the ability of multidisciplinary database integration, we can accomplish the data connectivity epidemiological data with other disciplines, realize the big epidemiological data.We can get the following conclusions by analyzing: the floating population was low in overall cultural level, and because of the poor economic strength Shanxi Province was difficult to attract highly educated talents. The aspiration of the floating population to replace the type of the registered permanent residence was not strong,shows that the government was not still fully carry out the job of replacing the registered permanent residence. Although the economic income of the floating population in 2015 had a huge change, but the situation was not optimistic, the floating population may be refused to participate in medical insurance due to economic factors. The floating population in Shanxi Province health records rate was low. If a large-scale of infectious diseases was outbreak that was a huge hidden trouble to epidemic monitoring work in Shanxi Province. The way of the contraception of child-bearing women were though still mainly on " Intrauterine Device", but because of the convenience, the usage rate of "condom/pill" was rise year by year, the community staff should put the work center of gravity in the work of "condom/pill", to response to the demand of the floating population in the future. |
