Research The Utilization About The Basic Medical Care And Health Service Of The Family Floating Population

Background: Although Chinese economic developed rapidly,but the basic medical and health services status of different groups and health care utilization level exists significant differences,especially the health of the floating population vulnerable groups,because of the gap between rich and poor,economic growth and social basic questions such as career development.First of all,the increases of the floating population,in 2014 to reach 221 million people,accounting for 18% of the total population.Second,the floating population pattern is changing,rendering of the floating population family of three tape,carrying the old and young family state,the floating population in 2015 defined the family size of an average of 2.61 people.Objective: Through analyzing the monitoring data of the floating population in 2014 family health services utilization and influence factors of the floating population,Though contrast the different health service of the two family population flow model,we analyze the influence factors of basic medical services.According to the needs of the community health service and particularity,make a suggestion to improve the level of family of the floating population to basic medical and health services related Suggestions and solutions.Methods: One is for 2014 national testing data of the floating population in quantitative analysis,using SPSS23.0,main analysis method of statistical description,single factor analysis and multi-factor analysis(Logistic regression),etc.Second,the XIAO village in Beijing's floating population for in-depth interviews.Results:1,The basic medical and health services utilization level of floating population islow,but the family of the floating population is higher than the non family floatingpopulation,the floating population of family by inputting rate is 25.9%?2,The family of the floating population has its own vulnerability and particularity,because the family among old people and children,so they pay more attention to health,the health knowledge demand more urgent.One year,4.8% of family hospital of the floating population,are about three times as many family of the floating population.3,Through the multi-factor logistic regression analysis found that married than unmarried,into the longer the time,the smaller the flow range,the higher the level of education,there are formal professional to basic medical and health services utilization is higher.Advice:1,Community targeted to help the family of the floating population2,Deal with the basic medical and health services of community propaganda and popularize3,Strengthen community of family management and service of floating population,4,Strengthen health education,strengthen the consciousness of health care and improve the family development ability...
