Objective1. To understand the status of anxiety and depression among family members of patients with depression and its influencing factors, and provide scientific basis for further development of psychological intervention for the family members of patients.2. Study on the effect of SFA psychological intervention on improving anxiety and depression of family members of patients with depression, to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the study of clinical psychological intervention.Method1. The investigation: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,family members of patients with depression were selected from the department of Mental Health in a top three hospital of Shanxi. self-rating anxiety scale, self-rating depression scale and Caregiver Burden Inventory were used to assess the family members’ anxiety,depression and its influencing factors.2. The intervention study: To conform to the requirements of the patients were divided randomly into experimental group and control group, The control group received routine psychological care, the experimental group received solution-focused approach,compare the effect of the two groups after the intervention.3. Statistical methods: Statistical analyses were performed on data using SPSS13.0statistical software, including statistical methods: Descriptive statistical analysis, t test,Analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, Multiple stepwise regression analysis,Chi-square test.Results1. Investigation and analysis of family members with anxiety and depression. The relevance ratio of family members’ anxiety is 54.2%, depression is 43.1%. The score ofanxiety is 49.42±5.73 and depression is 51.11±5.55. The scores of anxiety and depression are significantly higher than general population(P<0.05).Family role, the patient’s condition and the pressure of family members are influence factors of anxiety. Gender, the time of taking care of patient, the times of family with patient in the hospital and the pressure of family members are influence factors of depression.Caregiver Burden Inventory was used for this study, the average score of pressure is38.55±9.72. And the results showed that mild pressure ratio is 30.2%, moderate pressure ratio is 67.2%, heavy pressure ratio is 2.67%,there are more moderate pressure of the patients. The pressure scores increase with the increased anxiety scores and depression scores.Anxiety and depression is positively correlated with the pressure of family members(r=0.600 and 0.645, P<0.001).2. Study on the application of the family psychological intervention of SFA.Compared to the control group, the scores of SAS and SDS are more descend in experimental group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion1. In the process of taking care of patients, family members generally have anxiety and depression, It’s worth to pay more attention to them because of the higher anxiety and depression. Family role, the patient’s condition and the pressure of family members can influence the anxiety. Gender, the time of taking care of patient, the times of family with patient in the hospital and the pressure of family members can influence the depression.2. SFA psychological intervention can improve the anxiety and depression of the family members of patients with depression.
