Application Of Solution Focused Approach In Relieving Negative Emotions Of Family Members Of Children With Leukemia

Objective:1.To explore the effect of solution focused approach in relieving anxiety and depression of family members of children with leukemia.Methods:In this study,the family members of 120 children with leukemia who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from January to October 2019 in a third class a hospital in Changsha were selected as the study objects.The subjects selected from January to May 2019 were set as the control group,and the subjects screened from June to October2019 were set as the experimental group,with 60 samples in each group.Control group:Control group:implementation of conventional nursing program,The experimental group used conventional nursing+solution focused approach for psychological intervention,The solution focused approach psychological intervention is divided into five steps,one step every 2-3 days,30-40 minutes each time.The form of intervention is one-to-one communication.According to the situation and effect of the intervention object,the number of interventions is adjusted in time.On the day of admission,the subjects were assessed with general information questionnaire,self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS).At the end of the intervention,the subjects were assessed again with self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS).By using excel spreadsheet software and SPSS.20 statistical software for data entry and analysis,Demographic data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.Measurement data were described using mean±standard deviation(`x±s).T test was used for normal distribution.If it does not meet the normal distribution,non-parametric test is used.The count data are described by percentage(%),frequency(n),and x~2 test.When(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant.Results:(1)Before intervention:The SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group of the experimental group were 55.17±7.88 points,58.31±7.41 points,and the SAS and SDS scores of the control group intervention objects were 54.81±7.99 points and 58.43±6.83 points.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the levels of anxiety and depression between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)After intervention:The SAS scores of the experimental group and the control group were 48.62±6.14 points and 50.51±7.42 points,and it was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).but there were statistical comparisons between the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention.Significance(P<0.05).(3)After intervention:The number of focal levels in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,but it was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The number of anxiety levels in the experimental group and the control group was lower than before the intervention(P<0.05).(4)After intervention:The SDS scores of the experimental group and the control group were 50.55±6.89 and 53.37±6.81,respectively.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there were statistical comparisons between the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention.Significance(P<0.05).(5)After intervention:In the number of depression levels,the experimental group and the control group were lower than before the intervention,and there was a statistically significant difference within the group(P<0.05),and in the number of depression levels,the experimental group was lower than the control group and between groups.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Solution focused approach can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of family members of children with leukemia,especially the effect of alleviating the negative emotions of family members of children with leukemia is more significant,and has certain promotion and application value.
