Objectives:We aim to evaluate the effects of the nursing intervention based on solution-focused approach on anxiety, depression and arthritis self-efficacy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and to formulate specific intervention plans. Methods:The research belongs to similar experimental research.According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 24 rheumatoid arthritis patients from February 2019 to April 2019 were selected as the control group by the method of convenience sampling, and routine clinical nursing was adopted.Between May 2019 and July 2019,a total of 24 rheumatoid arthritis patients were enrolled as the experimental group, and focused solution approach was given on the basis of routine clinical nursing.General demographic and clinical data of patients were obtained through general data survey. We adopted the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Arthritis self-efficacy scale-8(ASES-8)as research tools to get SAS,SDS and ASES-8 scores four times on the second and seventh day after admission,on the day of discharge and two weeks after discharge. The statistical methods included statistical description,t test,?2test and Mann-Whitney U test. All data were tested on both sides, and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.There was no statistical difference between the baseline data of patients in the test group and the control group in terms of age, gender, education level, average monthly income, residence, disease course, marital status, social support, payment method, occupation, morning stiffness time and joint function classification(P>0.05).2.SAS scores of the experimental group and the control group before SFA intervention were 55.63± 1.188 and 56.13± 1.036 respectively, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);The SDS scores of the experimental group and the control group before SFA intervention were 59.46±0.940 and 59.25±0.969 respectively, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).3.SAS scores of the experimental group and the control group after SFA intervention were 47.08± 1.339 and 55.58±1.060 respectively, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The SDS scores of the experimental group and the control group after SFA intervention were 49.92±0.981 and 57.21 ± 1.014 respectivelv.with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).4.SAS scores of the control group before and after SFA intervention were 56.13± 1.036 and 55.58±1.060 respectively, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);The SDS scores of the control group before and after SFA intervention were 59.25±0.969 and 57.21±1.014 respectively, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).5.SAS scores of the experimental group before and after SFA intervention were 55.63±1.188 and 47.08±1.339,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The SDS scores of the experimental group before and after SFA intervention were 59.46±0.940 and 49.92±0.981 respectively, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).6.Before the SFA intervention, the ASES-8 scores of the experimental group and the control group were 6.463±0.108 and 6.425±0.079 respectively, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).7.After SFA intervention, the ASES-8 scores of the experimental group and the control group were 7.267±0.090 and 6.588±0.082 respectively, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).8.The ASES-8 scores of patients in the control group before and after SFA intervention were 6.425±0.079 and 6.588±0.082 respectively, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).9.The ASES-8 scores of patients in the experimental group before and after SFA intervention were 6.463±0.108 and 7.267±0.090 respectively, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).10.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was better(96%)than that(92%)of the control group, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:The nursing intervention based on solution-focused approach can effectively improve the anxiety and depression and the self-efficacy of patients with arthritis and inpatient nursing satisfaction of patients with rheumatoid arthritis...
