Objective:We analyzed the anxiety and depression in patients with postherpes zoster neuralgia. On the basis of investigating the anxiety and depression of patients with post-herpes zoster neuralgia,it discusses the intervention effect of focusing on the solution mode on patients ’ anxiety and depression in patients, and provides practical basis and theoretical reference for the psychological intervention of patients with post-herpes zoster neuralgia. Methods:This study is divided into two parts:The first part: Cross-sectional Investigation of Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Postherpes zoster neuralgia in June 2020,212 patients in a Grade A hospital in Jiangxi Province in December 2020,Using the general data questionnaire, anxiety evaluation scales, depression self-evaluation scales, and visual simulation evaluation scales as research tools,Investigate the patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,Patient anxiety and depression described by mean, standard difference and frequency; The influencing factors of anxiety and depression were discussed by using single-factor variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The second part: Intervention study on anxiety and depression in patients with post-herpes zoster neuralgia selected 66 patients from the cross-sectional investigation,32 in the control group and 34 in the trial group. Both groups of patients received routine treatment and care of postherpes zoster neuralgia diseases. The control group adopted routine psychological care, and the experimental group carried out focus on solution mode intervention on the basis of conventional psychological care. The Anxiety and Depression Self-Assessment Scale and the Visual Simulation Evaluation Scale were used to compare the differences in anxiety, depression, and pain scores before intervention and 4 weeks after intervention. Results:The first part: Cross-Section Survey and Research ResultsAnalysis of Anxiety,Depression and Impact Factors of the 212 subjects with 123 anxiety scores of 58.02%,an anxiety score of 48.16 ± 10.21;110 patients with depression, accounting for 51.89% of the study, and the depression score of 48.72±9.45.Single-factor variance analysis showed different culture, medical expenses, monthly income, per capita, course, pain duration, pain intensity(P<0.05);linear regression analysis showed that culture, course, pain intensity are the main influencing factors of anxiety;culture, course, pain intensity, pain duration are the main influencing factors of depression. The second part: Intervention research findings1.Baseline data for the two groups: Before intervention, there were no differences in general data, anxiety, depression, and pain scores(P>0.05),indicating consistent baseline levels and comparable data.2.Comparison between patients before and after intervention: between control and patients, anxiety, depression and pain scores were lower than before intervention(P<0.05).3.Comparison between the two groups: anxiety, depression, and pain scores were lower than the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Patients with post-herpes zoster neuralgia have different levels of anxiety and depression, mainly affected by the factors of the course of disease, culture, the duration of pain and the intensity of pain. Therefore, the medical staff should not only pay attention to the treatment of the disease, but also pay attention to the psychological state of the patients, evaluate their psychological status and influencing factors, and take a variety of ways to relieve or eliminate the patient’s negative emotions;2.The application of focus-solving mode psychological intervention can significantly relieve the anxiety and depression of the patients with post-herpes zoster neuralgia, reduce the patient pain, and enhance the patient’s ability to enjoy the life.
