| In recent years,with the reform of medical and health care,public hospitals as a special public welfare organization,facing the market competition is also increasing,especially along with the rapid rise of some private hospitals,private hospitals advantage in high quality medical service,caused the people’s demand for medical service level also will increase.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the management of internal control system in public hospitals.Based on this,this paper takes Q public hospital as an example,analyzes the internal control problems existing in the hospital,combined with relevant theories and evaluation methods,and puts forward optimization suggestions.The purpose is to put forward reasonable suggestions for the internal control construction of Q public hospital,so as to ensure the healthy development of Q public hospital and provide reference for other hospitals in the internal control construction.This paper first describes the background,purpose and significance of the research,and points out the research content and methods.Then according to the basic theory of internal control,internal control environment,risk assessment,control activities,supervision and information and communication with the perspective of the five factors of internal control,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct the fuzzy evaluation index,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the internal control of the Q public hospitals,for evaluation of the results of the analysis of the current situation of the Q public hospital internal control the cause of the problem,finally optimize the Q public hospital internal control design. |
