Objective:This article is written to analyze the syndrome distribution and related factors, to assist in the development of clinical syndrome differentiation system of colon polyps, provide the basis for clinical treatment and prevention through the clinical investigation of patients with colonic polyps.Methods:220 patients with colonic polyps collected conform to the diagnosis standard, detailed record of the four diagnostic information and basic information such as age and gender. On the basis of syndrome differentiation scale in Syndrome Factor Differentiation by Zhu Wenfeng, establishing a database to summarize the distribution regularity of syndrome’s elements and its relative factors of gastric polyps by using the SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.A total of 220 patients were collected, there are 137 cases of male patients and 83 cases of female, among them the male to female ratio is 1.65:1, the youngest patient is 25 years old and the oldest patient is 86 years old.2.of 179 patients with single polyp (81%),41 cases of multiple patients (19%), the ratio is 4.37:1. Ileocecus in 8 cases (3.64%), ascending colon in 43 cases (19.55%), transverse colon in 55 cases (25.00%), descending colon in 23 cases (10.45%), sigmoid colon in 104 cases (47.27%), between men and women in all parts of the distribution, there was no significant difference in the P=0.159>0.05. Polyps in the form of the most widely base type (72.73%), Artie type (13.64%), pedunculated type (14.09%). The size of the polyp was greater than or equal to 0.5cm (55.00%), followed by 0.6~1.0cm (37.27%),>1.0cm (7.73%).Adenoma polyps (67.73%),non-inflammatory polyps (32.27%).3.220 cases with colon polyps, in accordance with the syndrome of syndrome characteristics, eliminate frequency distribution proportion< 2% of syndrome elements, extract the main disease:182 cases on spleen (82.73%)> 87 cases on large intestine (39.55%)>27 cases on stomach (12.27%)> liver 14 cases (6.36%)> kidney in 6 cases (2.73%).Syndrome elements in a single disease based, accounting for 63.18% of the total, followed by double disease, accounting for 32.73% of the total, three disease and more rare, accounting for only 4.09% of the total. The disease was the largest in the spleen, followed by the large intestine and both. The major elements of disease of wet (52.27%), Qi (48.64%), Qi Stagnation (35.91), heat (31.36%), blood stasis (26.82%), then there are Yang deficiency (16.36%), yin deficiency (8.18%), cold (2.27%), phlegm (3.18%). The number of double elements in syndrome element combination, followed by three elements,1a single element, more than three ones is very rare. Intermingled deficiency and excess (45.91%), excess syndrome (36.36%), deficiency syndrome (17.73%).4.There were significant differences in the distribution of syndrome elements and syndrome elements in different diseases. Diseases for the spleen wet, Qi deficiency, qi stagnation mainly, the disease for colorectal with wet, heat, qi stagnation mainly, disease of the stomach, liver qi deficiency and give priority to, the disease of kidney yang. Conclusion:Colonic polyps occur in 45 years of age or older. The number of male is more than the female. Multiple pieces of single, multiple pieces of the left colon (especially the sigmoid colon) in the left colon. The main pathological changes of the polyps were adenoma polyps. The syndrome elements of colonic polyps mainly include spleen, large intestine, stomach, liver and kidney, mainly in single syndrome element. The main disease syndrome factors are Qi deficiency, qi stagnation, dampness heat, blood stasis, mainly in double elements. Most patients have intermingled deficiency and excess. Among the spleen, it gives priority to wet, Qi deficiency, qi stagnation. Among the large intestine, it gives priority to wet, heat, qi stagnation. Among the stomach and liver, it gives priority to qi deficiency. Among the kidney, it gives priority to yang deficiency. There was no correlation between the distribution of syndrome elements in colon polyps and the gender, age, the number of polyps, the morphology and the type of the polyps.
