Study On The Distribution Features Of TCM Syndrome Elements Of Gallbladder Polyps

Objective:Through the clinical investigation of patients with gallbladder polyps,its relative factors of gallbladder polyps and the distribution regularity of TCM syndrome elements were analyzed and summarized,and statistical analysis was carried out to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment syndrome system of gallbladder polyps,which provided a basis for clinical prevention and treatment of gallbladder polyps.Methods:Collecting 300 cases of patient with gallbladder polyps in accordance with diagnostic criteria and detailed recording the basic information such as age,gender,height,weight,bad habits and the four diagnostic information.According to syndrome differentiation scale in Syndrome Factor Differentiation edited by Zhu Wenfeng,this paper extracts relevant syndromes and establishes a database to summarize the distribution regularity of syndrome's elements and its relative factors of gallbladder polyps by using the SPSS 25.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.Among the 300 patients with gallbladder polyps collected,155 were males and 145 were females.The male to female ratio was 1.07:1,and males were more than females.2.In these patients with gallbladder polyps,49.76%of the patients had one polyp and 50.33%of the patients had more than one polyps.Polyps are more between 0.3cm and 0.6cm in size,accounting for 80.33%.Among the 300 patients with gallbladder polyps,there were 237 cases of bad habits,including more than 100 cases of drinking,eating leek and smoking.In terms of comorbidities,the combination of fatty liver was the most,accounting for 21.00%;followed by gallstones(7.00%)and cholecystitis(5.33%).According to BMI,there were 125 cases of overweight/obesity,accounting for 41.76%.3.In 300 patients with gallbladder polyps,222 patients with disease location syndrome were extracted.Excluding the syndrome with a frequency distribution ratio?2%,the main syndrome elements of disease location were found to have liver(53.15%),stomach(50.45%),gallbladder(18.02%),and spleen(16.22%).The combination of syndromes was dominated by single disease location,accounting for 65.33%,two syndrome's elements of disease location was 28.89%,and three-position was 16.22%.The combination of disease location was most in the stomach,followed by the liver and liver-gallbladder.According to the diagnostic criteria of syndrome elements,a total of 261 cases of disease nature syndromes were extracted.The mayor elements of disease nature had qi-stagnation(78.54%),dampness(19.54%),qi-deficiency(15.33%),yin-deficiency(11.49%),yang-deficiency(9.96%),heat(8.8 1%),and blood stasis(5.75%).The combination of syndrome's element of disease was the most in qi-stagnation,accounting for 46.36%.Single syndrome's element of disease nature in the combination is the most,accounting for 56.32%;followed by double elements of disease nature(34.87%),triple disease and above were rare,accounting for only 8.8 1%.There were 189 cases(72.41%)with excess syndrome.43 cases(16.48%)with intermingled deficiency and excess,and 29 cases(11.1 1%)with deficiency syndrome.4.The distribution of the disease nature syndromes of gallbladder polyps was related to age.Among them,the difference between qi deficiency group and yang deficiency group was the most significant,while the distribution of syndrome elements of disease location was not related to age.5.The distribution of TCM syndromes in gallbladder polyps is not related to the gender of patients,the number of polyps,BMI,comorbidities,etc.(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gallbladder polyps are predominant in 31-60 years old,with more males than females.The single number of polyp was the same as that of two or more polyps,and the size of polyps are mostly between 0.3cm and 0.6cm.The number of gallbladder polyps with bad habits such as drinking,eating leek and smoking was higher,and gallbladder polyps are associated with fatty liver,gallstones,cholecystitis,and overweight/obesity.The main syndrome elements of disease location is liver,stomach,gallbladder and spleen.The combination of syndromes was dominated by single disease location,and the combination of disease location was most in the stomach,followed by the liver and liver-gallbladder.The mayor elements of disease nature had qi-stagnation,dampness,qi-deficiency,yin-deficiency,yang-deficiency,heat,and blood stasis.Single syndrome's element of disease nature in the combination is the most.The syndrome elements of disease nature was mostly in qi-stagnation,and excess syndrome is more than deficiency and excess syndrome or deficiency syndrome.The distribution of the disease nature syndromes of gallbladder polyps was related to age,while the distribution of syndrome elements of disease location was not related to age.The distribution of TCM syndromes in gallbladder polyps is not related to the gender of patients,the number of polyps,BMI,comorbidities.
