Study On Distribution Of TCM Syndrome Elements In Endometrial Polyps

Objective:To explore the characteristics of TCM syndrome elements of endometrial polyps,analyze the relationship between disease nature and location,and research the distribution of syndrome elements,so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps.Method:319 patients with endometrial polyps treated in the people’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2021 to January 2022 were collected.The four diagnosis data and related information of the patients were collected in a standardized manner.The collected four diagnosis information was entered into the health status identification system,and the data were obtained by SPSS26 0 statistical software and statistical analysis.Result:1.The average age of the included subjects was(41.94±9.02)years old,and there was only one person under the age of 20,accounting for the least,0.31%;There are 78 people aged 41-45,accounting for 24.45%.The average BMI was(22.74±3.19)kg/m~2.2.Distribution characteristics of endometrial polyp syndrome elements:(1)The distribution of syndrome elements of main disease sites:228 cases of cytoplasmic uterus,accounting for 71.5%;185 cases of liver,accounting for 58.0%;120 cases of kidney,accounting for 37.6%;118 cases of spleen,accounting for 37.0%;There were 33 cases of heart failure,accounting for 10.3%.(2)Distribution of main disease syndrome elements:222 cases of blood stasis,accounting for 69.6%;There were 185 cases of qi stagnation,accounting for 58.0%;128 cases were wet,accounting for 40.1%;106 cases of qi deficiency,accounting for 33.2%;There were95 cases of Yang deficiency,accounting for 29.8%;71 cases of blood deficiency,accounting for 22.3%;66 cases of sputum,accounting for 20.7%;45 cases of fever,accounting for 14.1%;Cold 40 cases,accounting for 12.2%;24 cases of yin deficiency,accounting for 7.5%;There were 16 cases of moving blood,accounting for 5.0%;Yang hyperactivity in 9 cases,accounting for 2.8%;There were 7 cases of blood cold,accounting for 2.2%.(3)Patients with different types of endometrial polyps have differences in disease nature and location,the common location of irregular vaginal bleeding is uterus and liver,and the common disease is blood stasis and qi stagnation;The common diseases of patients with irregular menstruation are the uterus and liver,and the common diseases are qi stagnation and blood stasis;The common location of infertility patients is uterus and kidney,and the common diseases are blood stasis and yang deficiency;The common diseases of postmenopausal patients are liver and kidney,and the common diseases are qi stagnation,Qi deficiency and dampness;The common diseases of patients with hypertension are liver,uterus and heart.The common diseases are qi stagnation,Qi deficiency and dampness;The common diseases of overweight and obese patients are uterus,spleen and liver,and the common diseases are dampness and blood stasis.(4)Using the systematic clustering method to cluster the syndrome elements,the general common syndromes of endometrial polyps are:blood stasis and stagnation of the uterus syndrome,liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,heart blood deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome,dampness and heat accumulating in the spleen syndrome,spleen not unifying blood syndrome,kidney yang deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome,and cold coagulation of the uterus syndrome.The common syndromes of postmenopausal patients with endometrial polyps are:blood stasis and stagnation of the uterus syndrome,liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome,kidney yang deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome,and heart blood deficiency syndrome.The common syndromes of overweight and obese patients with endometrial polyps are:blood stasis and stagnation of the uterus syndrome,liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,deficiency of both qi and blood syndrome,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome,spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome,kidney yang deficiency and heart heat syndrome.The common syndromes of patients with endometrial polyps complicated with hypertension are:blood stasis in the uterus syndrome,blood stasis in the heart syndrome,liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome,kidney qi deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome,and yin and yang deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:1.The disease location syndrome elements of patients with endometrial polyps are:the uterus,liver,kidney,spleen and heart are more common,among which the uterus and liver are the most common;The syndrome elements of disease nature are:blood stasis,qi stagnation,dampness,qi deficiency and yang deficiency are more common,among which blood stasis and qi stagnation are the most common.2.patients with endometrial polyps have nine common syndrome types.Patients with different types of high-risk risk factors have different physique,age,physiological and pathological status.The main etiology and pathogenesis are different,so the syndrome types that are easy to appear are also uneven.Clinical treatment should be based on scientific syndrome differentiation according to the patient’s physical characteristics and symptoms.In terms of syndrome elements,this study can provide a certain reference for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps,improve the comprehensiveness and accuracy of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and then improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
