To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Taking Bazhentang Therapy On Postoperative Wound Healing Of Perianal Abscess

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of taking bazhentang therapy on postoperative wound healing of perianal abscess, Fully tap its therapeutic value, explore a good curative effect and easy to be accepted by patients.Methods:Choose choose 40 patients met the inclusion criteria of patients with perianal abscess, and according to admission has randomly divided into treatment and control groups.all lines of anal abscess issue open radical prostatectomy.Two groups of postoperative all take the same basic treatment, The treatment group with 8 soup and anus tai plug and vaseline oil gauze dressing, the control group with anus tai plug and petrolatum gauze dressing. Observed in patients with postoperative day 7,14 days,21 days of granulation tissue growth, the two groups were observed after treatment, granulation tissue growth change with postoperative day 7,14 days,21 days, and in the postoperative day 7,14 days,21 days record area and calculate the healing rate of the wound. Following patients after discharge to Statistics wound healing time. The data were scored according to the relevant score, All the experimental data using SPSS 19.0 software for statistical analysis:count data using χ2 test, measurement data using t test, P<0.05 was considered statistically different.Results:In stratified by age, gender and other aspects of the course, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); The treatment group on day 7 after surgery,14 days,21 days, granulation tissue growth, wound healing rates were better than the control group (P<0.05). The average wound healing time of treatment group is 229.5±3.31days, the control group is 35.0±6.29 days.in the safety index observation,the treatment group and control group are no differences.Conclusion:The bazhentang can tonic qi and blood, used to crissum abscess surgery can promote the grouth of granulation.This is a safe, effective, convenient, and easy method of treatment the majority of patients.
