Clinical Study Of Kangfuxinye To Promote The Wound Healing Of High Perianal Abscess

Objective: Perianal abscess is the acute and chronic suppurativeinfections occurred within the soft tissue around the anal canal and rectum, orwithin the gap. The high perianal abscess is one of the common type ofperianal abscess, which is acute and severe in anorectal surgery, also the gapis deep and large. Beginning of local symptoms is not obvious, if infectioncontrol isn’t in time,there will be a risk of causing sepsis and(or) septic.Surgery is the most effective method. Because of the deep abscess and surgeryinjury to the levator ani muscle, therefore, surgical wound is large, alsopostoperative wound healing time becomes long and slow, then increased painand the economic burden. So, it has always been our problem to be solved tomake high perianal abscess postoperative wound healing faster, and reduce thepain of the patients. The methods was more and more, to make the woundhealing fast in the clinical, but the results are uneven.Kangfuxin liquid has the effect of promoting blood circulation,nourishing yin and promoting granulation.The Kangfuxin liquid used in thisstudy, observe from the degree of pain, the amount of wound exudates, thegrowth of granulation and healing time, to evaluate the clinical efficacy ofKangfuxin liquid used in the wound healing of high perianal abscess.Method: Screening60patients met the inclusion criteria of high perianalabscess were randomized into and control group,30cases in each. Afterinspection, P>0.05, two groups had no significant difference in gender, age,type of abscess gap and the cure rate, etc. Two groups werecomparable.Treatment group24h later after the application of traditionalChinese medicine decoction clearing heat、 detoxication and promotingdieresis, The wound dressing change after saline rinse abscess and wound, usestock solution of Kangfuxin liquid rinse it, then gauze with Kangfuxin liquid packing cover abscess and wound； The control group after bath simpleapplication saline rinse abscess and wound, then gauze of vaseline packingcover the abscess and wound. Observe and scores the effect of the two groups,from the degree of pain, the amount of wound exudates, the growth ofgranulation and healing time, and then analysis.Result:1. Comparison of two groups of wound secretions and the growth situation ofgranulation tissue.（Table4、Table5）Comparison within the same groups of14and21days after surgery andbefore treatment, by rank sum test, The difference all was statisticallysignificant, both groups showed treatment is effective; Comparison within thetwo groups of14and21days after surgery, by rank sum test, The differenceall was statistically significant, treatment group better than the control group.2. Kangfuxin liquid can decrease wound secretions of high perianal abscessafter surgery;2. Kangfuxin liquid can promote growth of granulation tissue of high perianalabscess after surgery;3. Kangfuxin liquid can relieve wound pain of high perianal abscess aftersurgery;4. Kangfuxin liquid can effectively accelerate wound healing of high perianalabscess after surgery and shorten the course;5. Kangfuxin liquid of pure Chinese medicine for wound healing after surgeryof high perianal abscess is safe and effective.
