| Objective:This study will observe the clinical efficacy of WuBie oral liquid on disharmony of heart and kidney of premature ovarian failure, comparing the clinical symptoms, sex harmone, to provide an objective theoretical basis in clinical application in the future.Methods:Select patients in the gynecology clinic of Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital during April 2015 to February 2016, totally coming to 40 cases. Using self controlled study on 40 patients treated as WuBie oral liquid,to compare clinical symdrom,FSH,LH,E2, symptom integral, mean ovarian diameter,basal follicular number before treatment and after 2 courses.Results:1. The menstrual situation is has obvious improvement after 2 courses of treatment.2. The main symptom integral before treatment are significantly different from the cases after 2 courses of treatment(p<0.05); total symptom integral after 2 courses of treatment also better than the one before treatment(p<0.05).3. There is obvious deffience between the patients before treatment and those after 2 courses of treatment in FSH,LH,E2(p<0.05).4.Compared in mean ovarian diameter and basal follicular number, patients after 2 courses of treatment have obvious diffence than those before treatment(p<0.05).5. In the 40 cases, clinical cure 0 case; markedly effective in 7 cases, occupies 17.5 per cent; effective in 28 cases, occupies 70 per cent; ineffective 5 cases, occupies 12.5 per cent. The total effective rate is 87.5 percent.Conclusion:Wubie oral liquid can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of premature ovarian failure which is disharmony of heart and kidney. It can also reduce FSH, LH level, increase the serum E2 and promote the growth of follicle. All in all, Wubie oral liquid plays an important role in the treatment of premature ovarian failure. |
