Clinical Study Of Wubie Granule In The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Failure

Objective:this subject adopts Wubie granule in the treatment of premature ovarian failure (POF), clinical medicine symptom, serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and serum estradiol (E2) changes in hormone levels as main outcome, clinical evaluation of Wubie granule in the treatment of premature ovarian failure. Through systemic and strict clinical research, we prove the TCM in preventing and treating premature ovarian failure and delaying ovarian function recession can provide an effective treatment.Methods:patients in the gynecology clinic of Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital during January2013to February2014selection, diagnosed with kidney deficiency type of premature ovarian failure, a total of50cases, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,25cases in each group, the treatment group give Wubie granule to treat, the control group take the Kuntai Capsule,3menstrual cycles is one course of treatment, before and after treatment were observed and recorded the symptoms and sign, FSH、L、E2level changes.Results:from the total curative effect, the total effective rate of treatment group is76%, and the total efficiency of control group is48%, there is obvious difference between the groups of curative effect (P<0.05), and the treatment group is better than the control group; patients with syndrome total score before treatment were significantly different from the two groups after treatment (P<0.05), and there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05); the two groups after treatment LH、E2、FSH before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05); there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Wubie granule can increase the serum E2in patients,but reduce FSH, LH levels, have also significantly improve clinical symptoms in patients with Chinese medicine, regulate menses and ovulation stimulation, and improve the ovarian function, delay the degeneration of ovarian function. The treatment method is of an immeasurable role of the occurrence, and it is effective and safe, can be used in clinical.
