The Clinical Study On The Effect Of Bushen Ningxin Decoction In Treating The Heart-kidney Imbalance Of Premature Ovarian Failure

Objective:The clinical research focus on the clinical curative effect of BushenNingxin Decoction in the treatment of heart-kidney imbalance of premature ovarian failure and analysing the influence of it on patients with FSH, LH, E2,Endometrial thickness and Uterine volume and investigating the effect of its on ovarian function and its mechanism.Approach:The 64 patients in accordance with the standard of heart-kidney imbalance of premature ovarian failure are randomly divided into experimental group (oral BushenNingxin Decoction) and the control group (oral Kuntai Capsule),32 cases in each.The changes of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Before and after treatment, the changes of FSH, LH, E2 Endometrial thickness and Uterine volume in two groups of patients were treated.Result:The total effective in the experimental group is 81.25%, the efficiency of the control group is 43.75%. Effect of disease are significantly different between two groups (P<0.05).The total effective in experimental group is 87.5%, the efficiency of the control group is 56.25%. The syndrome integral of two groups is lower,and the experimental group is much lower than the control group after treatment. Two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect and syndrome integral is statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement rate of symptoms in experimental group are higher than those in control group and the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05).The total effective in experimental group is 87.5%, the efficiency of the control group is 59.38%. Two groups of menstruation were statistically significant different (P< 0.05). The experimental group reduces FSH,LH and improves E2 after treatment. The efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant in FSH, LH, E2 (P<0.05).The effect of the two groups in improving the endometrial thickness, and uterine volume is statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusion:The curative effect of BushenNingxin Decoction for the treatment of heart-kidney imbalance of premature ovarian failure is explicit, and it can improve the patients'menstrual cycle, and the curative effect of Chinese medicine syndrome is obvious, so it can improve the ovarian function. To compare the experimental group and the control group, the effect of menstruation, the curative effect of Chinese medicine syndrome and the recovery of ovarian function have obvious advantages.
