Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Wubie Huichun Oral Liquid On Perimenopausal Syndrome With Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency

Purpose:To expound the understanding and research progress of the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of perimenopausal syndrome through theoretical research.The clinical efficacy and safety of Wubie Huichun Oral Liquid in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome were observed by the method of clinical controlled trial.lt can provide diagnostic and therapeutic ideas and effective prescriptions for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of perimenopausal syndrome and deficiency of liver and kidney yin in TCM,60 patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Wubie Huichun Oral Liquid and the control group was treated with Kuntai Capsule.The two groups were observed for 12 weeks.The main observation indexes included clinical symptoms,the TCM symptom score,the improved Kupperman scale score and sex hormone levels(FSH,LH,E2)before and after treatment,and the efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results:There was no significant difference in age,course of disease and condition between the two groups by statistical analysis,which was comparable(p>0.05).?Effect on the curative effect of TCM symptoms:Both groups can improve the TCM symptom score after the treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 96.67%,and that of the control group is 73.33%.The total effective rate of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(p<0.05).?The effect on the improved Kupperman scale score:After the treatment,the improved Kupperman scale score in both groups decreased significantly(p<0.01),and the improved Kupperman scale score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(p<0.01).?The effect on sex hormones:the levels of FSH and LH in both groups decreased and the level of E2 increased after the treatment(p<0.01);the levels of FSH and LH in the treatment group were better than that in the control group(p<0.05 or p<0.01),and the level of E2 in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.01).?There was a correlation between the course of the treatment and the curative effect(p<0.05).The length of the treatment group had an effect on the curative effect.The shorter the course of the disease,the better the curative effect of the treatment group.There was a correlation between the severity of the treatment group and the curative effect(p<0.05).The severity of the disease in the treatment group had an effect on the curative effect.The milder the condition,the better the curative effect of the treatment group.? Safety evaluation:The blood routine,urine routine,stool routine and liver and kidney function indexes of the two groups were within the normal range,no obvious adverse reactions occurred,and the safety was good.Conclusion:Wubie Huichun Oral Liquid can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,reduce the levels of FSH and LH,increase the level of E2,significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score and the improved Kupperman scale score.It is effective,safe and reliable.For patients with short course and mild condition,the curative effect is more obvious.
