Clinical Research On Bushenyijing Ningxinanshen Method For Disharmony Between Heart And Kidney Of Premature Ovarian Failure

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushenyijing Ningxinanshen method for disharmony between heart and kidney of Premature Ovarian Failure and to probe its mechanism.Methods:45 patients of Premature Ovarian Failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group(30 cases) was treated with the Chinese medicine of Bushenyijing Ningxinanshen method, and the control group(15 cases) was Kuntai capsule. One treatment course was observed, which costed 3 months; We observed the improvement of the main symptoms and the level change of serum E2, FSH, LH between the two groups before and after administration. According to above experimental data, the drug efficacy and safety was evaluated.Results:Both methods can improve their clinica syndromes.The cure rate, markedly effective rate, efficiency and inefficiency of treatment group were 13.33%,43.33%,36.67% and 6.67% respectively, while the control group were 6.67%,13.33%,46.67% and 33.33%.Total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 93.33% and 66.67%.(P<0.05). The symptom scores of two groups decline significantly before and after treatment(P<0.05), and the contrast differences before and after treatment between the two groups is obviously significant (P<0.05), which suggestted that symptom improvement of the treatment group significantly better than the control group. sex hormone E2 of two groups increased significantly before and after treatment,while FSH, LH declined in varying degrees (P<0.05). Statistical results shown that there is a statistical significance between contrast differences before and after treatment of sex hormone E2, while FSH, LH showed a opposite result.The contrast differences of sex hormone FSH of the treatment group before and after treatment are obviously greater than the control group, the contrast differences of sex hormone LH of the two groups have no difference, suggesting that the sex hormone E2 rise greater in the treatment group than the control group, the sex hormone FSH declined greater in the treatment group than the control group, the contrast differences of sex hormone LH of the two groups have no difference; the main symptoms of sweat hot flashes, insomnia, irritability, etc. the two groups before and after treatment are all effective, the improvement and the effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of Bushenyijing Ningxinanshen method for Disharmony between heart and kidney of Premature Ovarian Failure can significantly improve the patient's symptoms,and also has a good improvement on the main symptoms of sweat hot flashes, insomnia, irritability, etc. increase to some extent at high E2, lower FSH,LH levels. Therefore Bushenyijing Ningxinanshen method was to improve Premature Ovarian Failure syndrome, endocrine and autonomic regulation in an effective way.
