Observation Of The Clinical Treatment Of Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome By The Use Of Tonifying The Kidney, Clearing Damp-Heat And Activing Blood Method

Objective:Analyze and summarize the years of clinical experience of Professor Sun Wei, to "kidney heat" argument, combined with the clinical experient, futher study to evaulate the clinical effcacy of kidney clearing activating therapy treating refractory nephrotic syndrome.Research Methods:Collecting 50 patients in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital Nephrology treatment since 2010, and all patients are in line with the TCM and Western diagnostic criteria of refractory nephrotic syndrome,3 months of treatment was observed, comparing before and after treatment of urinary protein, serum albumin, serum lipids, serum creatinine, liver function, electrocardiogram and other indicators of changes in clinical symptoms, signs and symptom score in 24 hours for statistical analysis to evaluate kidney and activating blood clearing treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in clinical efficacy.Results:The statistical study of indicators for 50 cases of patients before and after treatment further confirmed with the use of tonifying the kidney, clearing damp-heat and activing blood method treatment can achieve better clinical efficacy, can alleviate a variety of clinical symptoms in patients with RNS, reduce 24h urinary protein, increase blood levels of ALB, correct lipid metabolism disorders, stable renal function can inhibit and reduce the side effects of western medicine, can ensure high safety improve the quality of life of patients, it is an effective method for the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome.Conelusion:The result suggest that using tonifying the kidney and relieving damp-heat and activating blood method teratment of refractory nephrotic syndrome significantly.
