Assess On The Method Of Tonifying Kidney,Clearing Away The Damp-heat And Activating Blood Treatment On Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Objective:To observe and assess the clinical efficacy of the method of tonifying kidney,clearing away the damp-heat and activating blood treatment on primary chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:The thesis adopts a retrospective study,which selects60patients from Nephropathy Department of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medincine, who diagnosed with primary chronic glomerulonephritis were treated for1year by the method of tonifying kidney,clearing away the damp-heat and activating blood treatment.To analyse the indexes of urine latent blood,urinary red blood cells,24-hour urinary protein quautity,urine protein quantitiative,TCM symptoms integral,security before and after treatment.Results:After the method of tonifying kidney,clearing away the damp-heat and activating blood treatment of60patients were treated for3months,6months,12months of total effective rate was78.3%,80.0%and85.0%respectively.The TCM symptoms integral of the patients after12months treatment were reduced significantly with initial level(P<0.01),but there was no change in urine latent blood(P>0.05).After treatment the urinary red blood cells,24-hour urinary protein quautity, urine protein quantitiative had an obvious statistic significance(P<0.01),but the curative effect was no different from the paitients with CKD1and CKD2period.(P>0.05).The patients with the level of Scr of CKD2period after treatment wer decreased(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in patients of CKD1period(P>0.05).Safety indexes of ALT,Hb,ALB,TC compassion comparison before and after the treatment had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of tonifying kidney,clearing away the damp-heat and activating blood had a good clinical efficacy in primary chronic glomerulonephritis.lt could reduce the urine blood cells and protein.Patients with mild renal injury could recover renal function and it had a sifnificance to slow the progress of kidney disease.The treatment could relieve the clinical symptoms,better safty,no obvious side effects.Long-term adherence to treatment could consolidate curative effect and stable condition.
