Clinical And Experimental Studies On Chronic Glomeruloephritis Of Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin, Damp-hent Retention With Modified Zhuling Decoction

'The paper systemic study Chronic Glomerulonephritis(CGN) from the aspect of theory clinic and experiment.Theory exploration:Analyzing the etiology of CGN, We point out that important pathogenesis of CGN are deficiency of both Qi and Yin, damp-heat retention. The principle therapy is tonifying Qi and Yin, clearing damp-heat. So Modified Zhuling Decoction is ideal prescription to treat CGN.Clinical observation:Deficiency of both Qi and Yin, damp-heat retention patients that are treated by Modified Zhuling Decoction are 34 persons. Three months are a course. Total efficiency is 91. 18%. It showed that the prescription significantly improved the symptoms of the CGN,for example, dark urine, lumbago,mouth parched and tongue scorched, edema, fatigue and so on.Conclusion:Modified Zhuling Decoction is an effective prescription for CGN.Experiment research:The mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MsPGN) animal modal was produced by repeatedly injection small dosage BSA and treated by low and high dosage of Modified Zhuling Decoction which compared with Zhuling Decoction in Treatise on Febrile Diseases at the same time. The results showed that the diuretic efficacy of the prescription is not evident, but it can significantly decrease urinary albumen in 24 hours, such as # 2microglobulin( # 2MG),malbumin(MA) , complement (C3). Moreover, the prescription has effect on decreasing the quantity of red blood cell in urine, improving hemoheological property, enhancing renal function, restoring renal pathological tissue.In summary, the functional mechanism of prescription are probably carried out by increasing immune function, clearing aggregative immune complex of kidney,inducing the proliferation of glomerular mesangial cell, improving the aperture barrier, strengthening repeattedly sucking of renal tuble, enhancing renal blood flow.
