The Compare Of Clinical Efficacy On Chai Ling Tang With Modified Simiao Decoction To Treat The Syndrome Of Dampness-heat Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Chronic glomerulonephritis is a clinical common disease and the main cause of renal failure. In recent years,Chinese medicine treatment of the disease has made some achievements.The syndrome of dampnss-heat is both risk factors and pathological product.Even if the treatment is the same principle,different the formulas,the effect will be different.Objective:This subject is to study and inherit the old Chinese medicine clinical experience under the guidance of TCM theory and based on syndrome differentiation and treatment.By compare of clinical efficacy on Chai Ling Tang with Modified Simiao decoction to treat the syndrome of damp-heat of chronic glomerulonephritis to improve the level of Chinese medicine treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:48 patients met the inclusion criteria of chronic glomerulonephritis damp-heat syndrome were randomly and evenly divided into group A and group B.A group on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment with Chailing decoction, and B group on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment with Modified Simiao Tang treatment, clinical observation for 8 weeks. Observe two groups of clinical symptoms before and after treatment, urinary protein, urine red blood cells and serum proteins, the change of renal function and safety indicators, and compared between groups.Results:Curative effect of disease:Clinical control and the total proportion markedly, A group was 33.3%and group B was 20.8%.In total effective diseases, group A was 83.3%, group B was 66.7%, comparing the two groups was obvious curative effect in group A than group B.Improve laboratory indexes:the two groups could reduce urinary red blood cells, reduce urinary protein, increase serum protein and stable renal function.In terms of elimination of urine protein, A group was better than group B.The difference between the two groups was small in reducing urine red blood cells, increasing the serum protein and stabling renal function. Syndromes curative effect:the two groups after treatment of clinical symptoms were improved,A group of TCM syndrome total effective rate was 79.2%, and group B total effective rate was 83.3%.Two groups of syndrome toal effective rate was no significant difference.Which the edema,epigastric fullness,bitter mouth, the efficacy of group B was weaker than group A. In improving clinical symptoms of urinate yellow and pain, group B was better than that of groupConclusion:The 48 patients of chronic glomerulonephritis damp-heat syndrome before and after treatment with clinical observation and statistics, the results suggest both sides had curative effect, relatively better Chai Ling soup.Chai Ling Tang could significantly improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters, and was better than group B on the total curative effect, eliminating proteinuria and edema. Modified Simiao soup was also very good clinical efficacy, the total effect was not as Chai Ling Tang, but better than Chai Ling soup in clinical improvement burning sensation during urination and so on.
