Objective: Comparison of Chinese and western medicine combined treatment with Chinese medicine,western medicine treatment the curative effext of treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis(syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency complicated with damp heat posion and blood stasis),preliminary discussion the optimized pian for the treatment of glomerulonephritis,improve the clinical curative effect.Methods: By randomed controlled principie are used in this survey. Select the diagnostic criteria 108 patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group, Western medicine group, Chinese and western medicine group, 36 cases in each. Three groups of patients were given conventional Western medicine, Chinese medicine group were given Guben Yishen Recipe,two times a day,oral use; Western medicine group were given Benazepril hydrochloride tablets one pill,one time a day, oral use; Chinese and western medicine group were given two drug combination. Course of reatment are 8 weeks.Observation of three groups of patients:The total effects,The main singl symptoms,Syndrome of TCM,24-hour urinary protein,Renal function,Urinary protein,Urinary red cells and Safety evaluation analysis.Results:(1)Chinese medicine group,Western medicine group,Chinese and western medicine group of Total effective rate态Urinary protein and Urinary red cells was70.00%,76.67%,90.64%,69.97%,73.32%,90.63%,66.67%,70.03%,87.51%especti vely; chinese,medicine group and western medicine group(P > 0.05), have no significant difference; chinese and western medicine group is superior to the chinese medicine group and western medicine group.(2) Chinese medicine group,Western medicine group,Chinese and western medicine group of the main singl symptoms comparison chinese medicine group and chinese western medicine group(P > 0.05), have no significant difference; chinese and western medicine group and chinese medicine group is superior to the western medicine group.(3)Chinese medicine group,Western medicine group,Chinese and western medicine group syndrome of TCM of total effective rate was 89.66%, 43.32%,93.76%, respectively; chinese medicine group and chinese and western medicine group(P > 0.05), have no significant difference; chinese medicine group and chinese and western medicine group is superior to the western medicine group.(4)Chinese medicine group, Western medicine group, Chinese and western medicine group of 24-hour urinary protein comparison :before and after treatment of 24 h urine protein were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01); after three treatment 24 h urinary protein comparison, chinese and western medicine group is superior to the chinese medicine group and western medicine group.(5)Chinese medicine group, Western medicine group, Chinese and western medicine group of Renal function comparison before and after treatment of Renal function have no significant difference(P > 0.05).(6)Safety Evaluation: In the course of the three groups of Routine biood,Then the conwentional,Liver function,Renal function,Renal ultrasound,Electrocardiogram were not observed adverse reactions.Conclusion:1. Chinese and western medicine group was effective to treat chronic glomerulonephritis(syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency complicated with damp heat posion and blood stasis),Which could decreasen Urinary protein, Urinary red cells delay nephritis program; Chinese and western medicine group was better than chinese medicine group and western medicine group.2. Chinese and western medicine group of lumbar debility, floating face limb swelling,triedness, compiexion dark symptoms is superior to the western medicine group.
