Efficacy Of Decoction And Granules In Chronic Glomerulonephritis Syndrome Differenation Of Damp-heat Syndrome

Purpose.By studying the treatment of Chai Ling decoction on chronic glomerulonephritis syndrome heat effect,Objectively compare and evaluate the granule and decoction of efficacy and safety,tproviding a reference for he clinical use of decoction and granules.Methods:The test shall be conducted by the jiangsu province hospital,to compare Chai Ling decoction and granules of efficacy and safety on Chronic glomerulonephritis heat Syndrome.Forty-three patients aged 14-70 years old, received treatment in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital Nephrology clinic, in line with Western diagnostic criteria for chronic glomerulonephritis and syndromes heat syndrome diagnostic criteria for the study population of patients.21 were randomly divided into group A cases,22 cases of group B, and by tutor syndrome cases completed. A group adopted Chai Ling Granules+general treatment, group B adopted Chai Ling decoction+general treatment.Patients were treated for 2 months, observing the changes of clinical symptoms,urine and renal function before and after treatment, to compare Chai Ling decoction and granules of efficacy and safety on Chronic glomerulonephritis heat Syndrome.Results:Two groups of clinical curative effect:granules group clinical effective rate is 80.95%,one set of the clinical effective rate is 72.72%;two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect shows that:the effective rate of granules group90.48%,one set of the effective rate of 81.82%;two groups of proteinuria,according to curative effect granules group90.48%,one group of86.36%;two groups of urinary RBC curative effect shows that:granules group90.48%,one group of 81.82%.In addition,the safety analysis:the test in the process of two groups of patient had no adverse reactions and adverse events recorded,also not found related to test drugs have clinical significance of changes.Conclusions:The clinical trials show that Chai Ling Tang Keli in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis syndrome more effective than heat slice decoction, security, non-toxic side effects.
