| Purpose: Through the clinical observation of the therapeutic effects of self-prescribed Qingre Lishi Huazhuo Decoction on treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis Proteinuria damp-heat pattern, the differences were compared between the pre- and post therapy in blood routine, urine routine, blood biochemistry, 24 h urinary protein and symptoms and signs improvement, in order to validate the safety and the efficacy of the recipe.Method: Chosen 60 patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis Proteinuria damp-heat pattern according to the conditions. Using random number table, Ordered patients by visiting sequence, and distinguished as the therapy group with Qingre Lishi Huazhuo Decoction treatment 30 cases and the control group with Okra capsule treatment 30cases. 8 days was a course of treatment. Changes of the pre- and post therapy are observed in blood routine, urine routine, blood biochemistry, 24 h urinary protein and symptoms and signs improvement.Result: Total effective rate in the therapy group was 80%, and in the control group was 76.67%. According to statistic analysis (P>0.05),but the efficacy of the therapy group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Qingre Lishi Huazhuo Decoction treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis Proteinuria damp-heat pattern and 24 h urinary protein, so was an effective recipe on treating the disease. |
