ObjectiveThis study on the basis of conventional acupoint penetration needing treatment, with meridian of Foot-TAI YANG through Yinqiao meridian treatment strephenopodia after stroke, objectively evaluate the clinical curative effect, and compare it with the conventional acupoint penetration needing clinical curative effects of treatment.MethodsThe 60 cases should be brought into the research of the strephenopodia after stroke patients were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). All patients in the 2 groups received secondary prevention of cerebrovascular disease and basic rehabilitation treatment. The control group using conventional acupoint penetration needing treatment, acupuncture point selected G40 through K6, GB34 through SP9; the observation group on the basis of conventional acupoint penetration needing treatment, with meridian of Foot-TAI YANG through Yinqiao meridian treatment, acupuncture point selected BL60 through SP6, B62 through K6, BL59 through K8. Two groups were 30 min every time retaining needle, treatment 1 times a day, for 14 consecutive days to 1 treatment course, total treatment 1 course of treatment. Symptoms total integral, ankle joint initiative of motion (AROM), clinical spasm index (CSI), total points tables, Tinetti Fugl-Meyer evaluation of lower limb movement balance and gait scale (Tinetti POMA) respectively for the two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptom and cramps, muscle tension, lower limb motor function recovery, walk in balance and fall risk evaluation, and compare the two groups of clinical curative effect observation group of patients before and after treatment and analysis of the change of the total integral in the syndrome may influence factors (gender, age, disease classification, course, whether the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage surgery, strephenopodia location).ResultsIn the two groups after treatment syndrome integral, ankle AROM and CSI, Tinetti POMA score before treatment were obviously improved (P<0.05), the observation group than the control group improved more significantly (P<0.05); Two groups after treatment Fugl-Meyer evaluation score before treatment were obviously improved (P<0.05), but the two groups after treatment evaluation points difference Fugl-Meyer has no statistical significance (P>0.05). Observation group total effective rate was 83.33% (25/30),50.00% better than the control group (15/30, P<0.05). Explained in the regression equation of the course, course group before and after treatment in patients with syndrome total score was statistically significant (P<0.001), age and course of the observation group before and after treatment in patients with syndrome changes have a total score, and age of the observation group before and after treatment in patients with syndrome total integral change is bigger, the influence of the gender, whether the classification of diseases, acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage surgery, strephenopodia location of partial regression coefficient has no statistical significance (P>0.05).ConclusionOn the basis of the conventional acupoint penetration needing therapy, the acupoint penetration needing with meridian of Foot-TAI YANG through Yinqiao meridian can effectively relieve strephenopodia after stroke muscle spasms, improve strephenopodia degree, thereby enabling patients to improve balance and reduce the risk of falling, and more significantly curative effect than the conventional acupoint penetration needing therapy.
