The Application Law Research Of The Stomach Meridian Of Foot-Yang Ming And Its Acupoints According To The Modern Literature

Objective:To collect the relevant literatures of indications of stomach meridian of foot-yangming and its acupoints,statistics the clinical application of every acupoints,summarize the indications and clinical application characteristics of the acupoints of Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yang Ming,providing reliable reference of modern clinical application of Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yang Ming.Methods:Using the computer and other retrieval methods,the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wei Pu Chinese Journal Database(VIP),Wanfang Academic Journal full-text database(including the Chinese Medical Journal)as the source,"foot Yangming stomach","Foot yangming","stomach" and 45 "acupoints" as the search term,the cut-off retrieval time is December 31,2016,published before the relevant literature,screeningthe collected literature,establishing Database,using of Excel tables for statistical analysis.Results:The number of literatures on the meridians and the acupoints of the foot meridian and the acupoints were found to be increasing year by year.The study included 55720 related articles,which included the key words or keywords,a total of 25,984 articles can be retrieved,5614 articles can be included in meridians as search terms,and 16103 articles can be used according to the inclusion criteria.After the statistical treatment,it can be seen that indications involved:medical disorders(internal medicine miscellaneous diseases,spleen and stomach disorders,respiratory disorders,urinary system disorders),head and body disease,maternity disorders,skin trauma disease,facial features and other diseases,Among them,the number of gastrointestinal spleen and stomach diseases was the highest,which was 2019,accounting for 36%.The highest frequency of acupoints wasZusanli,Fenglong and Tianshu.Among them,176 cases were included in Zusanli,accounting for 15.60%of the total frequency,The first five were followed by hyperlipidemia,obesity,asthma,bronchitis,high blood pressure,hypertension,and so on.134 cases were included in Fenglong,accounting for 6.67%of the total frequency,the first five were followed by urinary retention,onstipation,hiccup,vomiting,and diarrhea;Tianshu involve 84 kinds of diseases,accounting for 10.29%of the total frequency,the top five followed by constipation,diarrhea,obesity,enteritis,irritable bowel syndrome.Conclusion:Range of the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yang Ming and its acupoints applicated is wide,indications are very much,clinical efficacy is exact.the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yang Ming mainly concentrats in the spleen and other medical disorders;acupoints mainly concentrats in the gastrointestinal diseases,gynecological disease and head and body pain and so on.The two clinical application has a certain regularity.
