| ObjectiveTo evaluate effectiveness and security of hospital preparations of "Jingu capsule" in Tartrate resistand acid osteocalcin (OC) and Procollagen I N-terminal Propeptide(PINP) level of Senile osteoporosis patients(insufficiency of liver and Kidney syndrome), then explore the mechanism and security of hospital preparations of "Jingu capsule", therefore, it provide a more objective and comprehensive basis for treating senile osteoporosis Effectively by "Jingu capsule".MethodsAccording to the set of inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria strictl y and the order of treatment time, selected 90 cases of senile osteoporosi s patients(insufficiency of liver and Kidney syndrome), and divided them i nto Jingu capsule group, Xianlinggubao capsule group and only basic treatm ent group randomly. The Patients in the Jingu capsule group were treated w ith calcium carbonate D3 and JinGu capsule, and the Patients in the Xianli nggubao capsule group were treated with calcium carbonate D3 and Xianling gubao capsule, while the Patients in the only basic treatment group were o nly treated with calcium carbonate D3. The serum OC and PINP level, VAS sc ores, TCM clinical symptom score would be measured before taking medicine, and 1 month,3 months after taking medicine. The bone mineral density of the lumbar vertebra(L2-L4) were measured and recorded before the treatmen t and after the treatment. Besides, clinical effect of the three groups we re recorded in 1 month,3 months after taking medicine.Results1. There was no significant difference in gender Baseline Characterization between three groups at the beginning(P>0.05). No adverse events occurred after the study.2. The VAS scores in the waist:The VAS scores of the three groups decreas ed with the advance of time (P<0.05).After taking medicine in 1 month and 3 months, the Jingu capsule group and Xianlinggubao capsule group were low er than the only basic treatment group (P<0.05),while the difference betw een Jingu capsule group and Xianlinggubao capsule group was not statistic ally significant(P>0.05)3. The bone mineral density of the lumbar vertebra:The bone mineral densit y of the three group after the treatment were higher than before the tre atment (P<0.05).After the treatment, the Jingu capsule group was not only higher than Xianlinggubao capsule group but also higher than the only ba sic treatment group (P<0.05), and the Xianlinggubao capsule group was hig her than the only basic treatment group (P＜0.05).4. The serum 0C level:The serum OC level in the Jingu capsule group ascend ed with the advance of time (P<0.05), the Xianlinggubao capsule group in 1 month,3 months after taking medicine were higher than before the treatm ent (P<0.05), while the difference was not statistically significant betwe en 1 month and 3 months after taking medicine(P>0.05). In the only basic t reatment group,the differences were not statistically significant in each time(P＞0.05). After taking medicine in 1 month, the difference between Jin gu capsule group and Xianlinggubao capsule group was not statistically si gnificant(P>0.05), while the Jingu capsule group and Xianlinggubao capsule group were higher than the only basic treatment group (P<0.05).After tak ing medicine in 3 months, the Jingu capsule group was not only higher tha n Xianlinggubao capsule group but also higher than the only basic treatme nt group (P<0.05), and the Xianlinggubao capsule group was higher than th e only basic treatment group (P<0.05).5. The serum PINP level:The serum PINP level in the Jingu capsule group a nd Xianlinggubao capsule group ascended with the advance of time (P＜0.05), the only basic treatment group in 1 month,3 months after taking medicin e were higher than before the treatment (P<0.05),while the difference was not statistically significant between 1 month and 3 months after taking medicine(P>0.05). After taking medicine in 1 month, the difference between Jingu capsule group and Xianlinggubao capsule group was not statistically significant (P>0.05),while the Jingu capsule group and Xianlinggubao caps ule group were higher than the only basic treatment group (P<0.05).After taking medicine in 3 months, the Jingu capsule group was not only higher t han Xianlinggubao capsule group but also higher than the only basic treat ment group (P<0.05), and the Xianlinggubao capsule group was higher than t he only basic treatment group (P<0.05).6.The TCM clinical symptom scores:The TCM clinical symptom scores of the Jingu capsule group and only basic treatment group decreased with the adv ance of time (P<0.05), the Xianlinggubao capsule group in 1 month,3 month s after taking medicine were lower than before the treatment (P<0.05),whi le the difference was not statistically significant between 1 month and 3 months after taking medicine(P>0.05). After taking medicine in 1 month an d in 3 months, the difference between Jingu capsule group and Xianlingguba o capsule group was not statistically significant(P>0.05), while the Jingu capsule group and Xianlinggubao capsule group were lower than the only b asic treatment group (P<0.05).7. Clinical effect:After taking medicine in 1 month and in 3 months, the di fference between Jingu capsule group and Xianlinggubao capsule group was not statistically significant (P>0.0167).while the Jingu capsule group an d Xianlinggubao capsule group were better than the only basic treatment g roup (P＜0.0167).The clinical effect of Jingu capsule group in 3 month af ter taking medicine were better than in 1 month (P<0.05).while the differ ence were not statistically significant between 1 month and 3 months afte r taking medicine in Xianlinggubao capsule group and the only basic treat ment group (P>0.05)..Conclusion1. Jingu capsule can effectively relieve the waist pain improve the bone m ineral density for senile osteoporosis Patients. We think that, Jingu capsu le can Prevent the occurrence of micro fracture by improving bone density in senile osteoporosis Patients, which can reduce the chance of bones Pai n nerves being under compression or stimulated, and reduce the production inflammatory factor.So,Jingu capsule can effectively relieve the waist p ain in senile osteoporosis patients. But the direct effect to inflammatory factor by Jingu capsule in the senile osteoporosis patients is needed to further research.2. Jingu capsule can rise the serum 0C and PINP level in osteoporosis pati ents, and better than Xianlinggubao capsule in long term, which is explain Jingu capsule can improve the activity of osteoblast cell effectively and enhance bone formation obviously. So, Jingu capsule can treat the senile o steoporosis patients with low function in bone formation effectively.3. Jingu capsule can relieve the clinical symptoms of senile osteoporosis effectively, and has a significant effect with high safety but no adverse reaction,which is worth of extension in clinical for treating osteoporosi s. |
