The Clinical Study Of The Effect Of Jingu Capsule In S-CTX Level Of Senile Osteoporosis Patient

object iveTo evaluate effectiveness and security of hospital preparations of " JinGu capsule" in Tartrate resistand acid S-CTX level of Senile osteoporosis patients(insufficiency of liver and Kidney syndrome), then explore the mechanism and security of hospital preparations of "Jingu capsule" at the molecular level, therefore, it lay a theoretical foundation at the exploitation of "JinGu capsule".Methods60qualified cases from in-patient department were enrolled in study, Which were randomly classified into treatment group and control group,30cases for each. The treatment group was treated with the primary treatment and Jingu capsule, Sig:4#Tid. The control group was treated with the primary treatment and Gusongbao capsule, Sig:3#Tid. The serum CTX level would be measured before taking medicine, and1month,2months,3months after taking medicine. And the bone mineral density and the improvement of TCM symptoms would be recorded.Results1There was no significant difference in gender Baseline Characterization between two groups at the beginning(P>0.05).2Significant effects were achieved in both groups at the times of1month,2months,3months after taking medicine; there was a significant difference before and after treatment in each group at the different time points(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between two groups in the comparison at different time points(P>0.05). 3There was no significant difference in the bone mineral density Measurement of lumbar vertebra2quantitative neither before and after treatment in each group (P>0.05).4There was a significant difference in the S-CTX level before and after treatment in each group by comparing at different time points(P<0.05).The S-CTX Level in the treatment was lower than in the control group after treatment, and the same in the comparison at different time points, thus there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conelusion1JinGu capsule can relieve significantly the clinical symptoms of Senile osteoporosis; in addition, there were no remarkable adverse event and serious side effect in two groups during this study Period, the results show that the Jingu capsule is mechanism and safety.2Jingu capsule can also increase bone density to some events. It indicates Jingu capsule can inhibit the further loss of bone mass at a certain degree, and Regulate the bone metabolism, and that because its function to dissolve stasis and reunion bone. But weather it can intramenbranous bone formation or not is worth further study.3JinGu capsule is better than Gusongbao Capsule in decreasing the serum S-CTX level in the Senile osteoporosis Patients, the Probable mechanism is related to the JinGu capsule inhibit expression of effete the bone absorption.
