| Purpose:Clinical Observation Huangqijianzhong soup binding Lizhongtang treat stomach yang chronic superficial gastritis(CSG), assessing their safety. Using its associated diagnostic way to find differences with Western medicine, and the advantages of the change before and after the course of treatment after assessment of the clinical syndromes in total points, the main points in the treatment of disease, in order to understand the differences in the treatment of the two groups, to be presented advantages of this research project in the experimental group.Method:The clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese medicine is for the cases of this study were derived, according to the entry criteria and exclusion criteria, will meet the standard observation of 60 patients, to randomly divided into experimental group and control group received drug treatment:experimental group given Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with modified Li Zhong Tang oral decoction, the control group was given western medicine selbex (teprenone capsule). The course of treatment in the two groups are all 4 weeks. After the end of treatment, the observation of disease and clinical syndrome curative effect and control two groups of integral, differences in efficacy and record adverse reactions, and through statistical software SPSS 19.0 for statistical analysis to obtain relevant results and evaluation of the clinical efficacy.Result:(1) before and after treatment compared to baseline, gender distribution, age differences, clinical syndromes points, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).(2) compare the efficacy of two syndromes. Experimental group of 30 patients were cured in 3 cases,9 cases, effective in 16 cases,2 cases, the total efficiency of 95.33%; control group of 30 patients recovered in 0 cases, 7 cases were markedly effective in 17 cases,6 cases, total efficiency of 75.66%. The experimental group than the control group, Z value of -2.132, P= 0.033 between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3) integration of the two groups were compared syndromes. Experimental group and control group before and after treatment itself syndromes points are reduced to improve the clinical syndromes, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Between the two groups before and after treatment points difference, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05)(4) between the two groups over the number of experimental clinical syndromes scores decreased more significantly after treatment in the control group, with significant difference (P> 0.05) in the statistics.(5) the two groups before and after treatment were adverse drug reactionsin Conclusion:This research, the Huangqijianzhong soup binding Lizhongtang use of treatment, patients in the overall feedback score card Hou performance with statistically less effective than Western medicine Shiwei Shu satisfaction, and the main syndromes integral particulars lazy words, God fatigue cases, chills three significant differences. Large clinical syndromes experimental group than the control group significantly reduced extent, suggesting that the experimental group itself is a relatively good clinical treatment, and no significant side effects. |
