Objective:To observe the clinical effect and blight of Banxiaheweikeli(bxhwkl) to treat patients with chronic superficial gastritis(CSG) belong to deficiency of spleen and heat of stomach ,by TCM Bianzheng. Objective evaluate usefulness and safeties of BXHWKL in its treatment of CSG, inquiry into its function mechanism, guide its in the clinical application. Methods:The qualified test-accepters were divided into treatment group and control group in proportion to 1:1 Every group has 20 test-accepters. They were given the drugs on time order. The remedied drug and simulated drugs were numbered at random and double-blindly. BXHWKL and weinaian capsule were used to remedial drugs and contrast drugs. They administrations were 1 pack every time, everyday three times; the control groups took the stomach was capsule, 4 grain every time, everyday three times. The treatment courses of two groups' were six weeks. According to the observed results, evaluated the treatment effectiveness. 1 The observed of treatment effectiveness: (1) Accumulated score of symptom; (2) Gastroscope exam; (3) Hp exam; (4) Lively body organization exam. 2 Security tests include the three routine exams, liver function (ALT), kidney function (BUN, Cr) and ECG At last, according to the treatment effect and the safe observation, to evaluate the usefulness and the safety. To analyze the statistic data with two sides test, when P<0.05, it is considered as statistic meanings. Results:1 To compare the total effect of two group, of treated group is 90.0%, of control group is 85.0%; treatment effect of both groups have no differences (P>0.05).2 To compare the total integral calculus of symptoms and advertises, treatment group and control group have significant difference in front and back of treatment (P<0.001); the treatment group are superior to the control group after treatment (P<0.05).3 To compare the result of Gastroscope and Hp exam and lively body organization exams, treatment effect of every group has significant difference in front and back of treatment (P<0.05); after treatment the comparison of two groups have no differences (P>0.05).4 In the aspects of safety observing, both groups have no the bad reaction.Conclusion:By six weeks treatment, the clinic effect of BXHWKL is superior to WNAJN in the aspects of symptoms, but the total effect of treatment and HP exam and lively body organization exam and Gastroscope is similar. Therefore, BXHWKL is adapt to the chronic superficial gastritis patients with deficiency of spleen and stomach of heat. It can resist inflammable and relieve pain. It has been certified a safe and effective prescription of Chinese herbal medicine by clinic experiment.
